# Private-Label Cleaning Product Purchasing Checklist

CleenU Technology Co., Ltd. · Updated October 12, 2026

Use this checklist to prepare a sourcing brief for robot mop solution or household cleaners. It is a planning aid; product specifications, documents, quotation, and delivery dates belong to the selected project.

## 1. Product and market

- Product category and intended cleaning task:
- Destination country and sales channel:
- Brand name and label language:
- For robot mops: exact model, equipment instructions, filling location, floor material, and whether dosing is manual or automatic:

## 2. Quantity and packaging

- Initial quantity and expected repeat-order volume:
- Bottle type, fill size, cap or seal, label, and carton requirements:
- Packaging references or artwork:
- Sample delivery region and desired launch date:

Private label starts at 500 bottles. CleenU offers 3–5 day sampling. Confirm sample requirements, production scheduling, and transport separately; a sampling period is not an arrival commitment.

## 3. Sample evaluation

- Check the equipment maker's permitted cleaning liquids and warranty conditions.
- Record the sample identity, dilution or dosing setting, water conditions, model, and floor type.
- Evaluate foaming, dispensing, floor appearance after drying, and packaging leakage under the agreed conditions.
- Agree acceptance criteria and any additional material-contact or stability testing before production.

## 4. Documents and supplier review

- Specify the product, destination market, language, and intended use of each requested SDS or technical document.
- For certificates and laboratory reports, check the issuer, holder, product or sample, covered scope, report date, and validity where applicable.
- An SDS describes hazards and handling; it is not a certificate of universal safety or approval by a marketplace.
- Keep your label, formula, packaging, and supporting documents aligned with the actual order.

## 5. Approval before production

- Approved sample and packaging version:
- Agreed quality checks and acceptance criteria:
- Quote, payment terms, production date, freight terms, and delivery destination:
- Contact responsible for sample and label approval:
