Robot mop solution testing
Foam is bad news for a robot's water tank and lines, and nobody wants sticky floors. So when we sample a robot mop solution, we look closely at foaming and the floor finish after mopping, and we confirm dose, scent, formula stability, and packaging compatibility. Once samples arrive, run them in your own robot models before you approve production.

A robot mop solution sample completed 720-hour immersion testing with ABS and silicone, with no cracking recorded. This result applies to the tested sample, materials, and conditions; it is not a lifetime guarantee for every formula or component.

Our lab has carried out bench tests on 18+ robot mop models. For your selected model, check its cleaning-liquid instructions, filling method, and sample performance. Model testing does not imply authorization by the equipment brand.
An anonymized customer project
A US robot vacuum accessories brand needed a small initial run of private-label cleaning liquid and fewer transit leakage complaints. The project began with 1,200 bottles, combining formula adjustments, induction-sealed packaging, and sample approval before production.
