CleenU product solution
Floor Cleaner
pH-neutral · Spray and mop, no rinse · Private label
Footprints from the entry to the living room, and streaks even after mopping? Sweep, spray, and go over it with a flat mop—no rinse, and it dries without stickiness or slip. For tile, SPC, laminate, and sealed wood; private label from 500 bottles.
- Footprints aren’t just dust. Shoe soles and bare feet leave skin oil, and kitchen traffic carries cooking mist, so dust sticks to an oily film. Water just smears it and it dries into streaky marks. This cleaner’s surfactants emulsify the film and suspend the dust, so one pass of a flat mop lifts it and the floor dries without streaks.
- Mopping with dish soap leaves floors sticky, dust-attracting, and slippery. This neutral, low-foam, low-residue formula needs no rinse and dries clean underfoot. The neutral pH is gentle on wood finishes, laminate wear layers, and SPC, so floors don’t whiten or dull.

Before & after
Before and after (use illustration)
Before: a trail of footprints and dust marks shows in side light from the entry to the living room. After: vacuumed, sprayed, and mopped, the prints are gone and the floor looks even with no mop streaks.
- Before: footprints and dusty tracks on wood-look flooring in side light
- After: prints gone, an even floor in side light
- No rinse and no mop streaks

How it works
How Footprints Mop Away
Footprints are dust particles in a film of skin oil. Surfactants lower surface tension so the cleaner spreads evenly, emulsify the oil, and wrap and suspend the dust. The fine fibers of a microfiber flat mop pick up the suspended soil and emulsified oil together. With low solids and low foam, almost nothing is left as the water evaporates, so the floor is neither sticky nor streaky.
- Spray to wet
- Emulsify oil film
- Suspend dust
- Flat-mop pickup
- Low-residue dry

Usage guidance

- Spray about one square meter at a time onto the floor or the mop pad; don’t oversaturate.

Where Floor Cleaner stands out
Footprints Stay Because There’s Oil in Them

This cleaner’s surfactants emulsify the film and suspend the dust, so one pass of a flat mop lifts it and the floor dries without streaks.
Neutral and Low-Residue: Not Sticky, Not Slippery

How to use
Why do footprints and streaks remain after mopping?
Footprints contain skin oil and cooking mist; water just spreads it into streaks. A cleaner that emulsifies oil, with a clean microfiber mop, actually removes them.
Do I need to rinse?
No. It’s neutral and low-residue, so let it air-dry. If the floor feels sticky, you likely used too much or the pad was dirty.
Can I use it on wood floors?
Yes on sealed hardwood, engineered wood, and laminate; use a light mist and don’t let water sit in the seams. Raw, waxed, or oil-finished wood needs dedicated care.
Is Dawn and vinegar a good floor cleaner?
Better not. Dish soap is hard to mop off and leaves floors sticky, so they pick up footprints faster; vinegar used regularly dulls marble and terrazzo and isn't right for sealed wood. For everyday mopping, use a pH-neutral, no-rinse floor cleaner and skip the rinse.
What precautions should I take with floor cleaner?
Dilute it per the label and treat it as the cleaning chemical it is: keep the concentrate out of your eyes, wear gloves if your skin is sensitive, ventilate while mopping, cap it and store it out of reach of children and pets, and walk on the floor once it's dry. Don't raise the concentration to clean "better."
Can I mix it with bleach, toilet bowl cleaner, or other cleaners?
No. Chlorine bleach plus an acidic toilet bowl cleaner or descaler releases chlorine gas, and mixing other cleaners can cause foaming, residue, or floor damage. When switching products, mop once with clean water first.
Surfaces and common questions
Can I put it in my robot mop tank?
Not recommended. Robot mops need a purpose-made low-foam solution that won’t clog nozzles; use the robot mop solution.
How do I dilute it for large areas?
Mix 1:20, or 50 mL cleaner to 1 L water. Dip the mop, wring it well, and mop.
What should pet owners keep in mind?
Dilute it per the label, keep pets off the floor while you mop and until it's fully dry, and store the concentrate where pets can't reach it. Use the Pet Odor Eliminator for urine and odor.
What kind of mop works best?
A flat mop with a microfiber pad—it pulls dust and prints into the fibers. String mops hold too much water and leave marks. Flip or rinse the pad when it gets dirty instead of dragging one dirty pad through the house.
Will it take care of greasy footprints from the kitchen?
Light greasy tracks, yes. For a tacky film in front of the stove, spray that spot, let it sit a minute, wipe it with a cloth, then mop the whole floor.
Can I use it on floors with radiant heat?
Yes. Turn the heat down or wait until the floor isn’t warm so the solution doesn’t flash-dry into streaks, then ventilate; it dries in a few minutes.
How do I make the house smell fresh after mopping without it being overpowering?
Get the floor properly clean first, and deal with odor sources separately, such as pet accident spots, drains, and trash cans. A mop solution only needs a light scent at the normal dose; heavy fragrance just masks odors and can feel stuffy.
Can I use it on epoxy or concrete floors?
Sealed epoxy floors, yes: spray and mop, or mix 1:20 with water. Unsealed concrete soaks up water and shows mop marks, so it isn't a suitable surface.
Buying and private label
What should we decide first for a private-label floor cleaner?
Three things: spray-and-mop with a flat mop or bucket concentrate, how to build the scent range, and whether to extend into robot mop solution. Floor cleaner is a volume product; scent and kits drive repurchase.
What are the sample, MOQ, and lead-time terms?
Free samples are usually ready in 3–5 days, and we recommend testing first on tile, SPC, and laminate panels with oily footprints, recording footprint removal, streaks and tackiness, and drying time. Standard MOQ is 500 bottles, and bulk orders are scheduled after packaging and labels are approved. SDS/MSDS, a TDS, batch COAs, and bilingual label content are sent per project on inquiry.
What can be customized?
All of it: formula direction, scent, fill size (500 mL spray, 1 L concentrate refill, and more), mist or foam trigger, label design and language, and ecommerce bundles with a flat mop and replacement pads.
How is private-label pricing quoted?
Pricing is tiered by packaging, trigger or cap, label, and order quantity, starting at the 500-bottle MOQ. Send your target quantity, fill size, and packaging needs, and we’ll quote unit prices by volume tier with sample and lead-time details.
Launching your own Floor Cleaner?
