CleenU product solution
Vinyl & Plastic Floor Cleaner
pH-neutral · Protects wear layers · Private label
Vinyl corridors covered in black scuffs, grey overall, and stickier with every mop? Mop at 1:20 with a well-wrung mop—no rinse—and spot-clean scuffs with a white pad for a clean, bright floor that isn’t tacky. Private label from 500 bottles.
- Dish soap and high-foam cleaners leave a surfactant film on vinyl that attracts dust, feels tacky, turns slippery when wet, and dulls over time. This low-foam, low-residue formula needs no rinse at 1:20 and dries clean.
- Resilient floors rely on the wear layer and finish for shine, and strong alkali or solvents yellow and embrittle them. This is neutral for everyday mopping. Black scuffs are rubber transferred from soles; put a little neat product on a white pad and rub lightly.

Before & after
Before and after (use illustration)
Before: a school vinyl corridor is covered in black scuffs and looks grey. After: scuffs spot-treated and mopped at 1:20, it’s clean, bright, and not sticky.
- Before: black scuffs all down a vinyl corridor, grey overall
- After: a clean, bright floor that isn’t tacky
- pH-neutral, so the wear layer doesn’t yellow or wear

How it works
How Resilient Floors Get Clean
Vinyl soil is dust, skin oil, grease, and rubber from soles. Nonionic surfactants emulsify oil and disperse dust for the mop to carry off, low solids leave no film, and rubber scuffs lift with a white pad once wetted with neat product. The neutral pH doesn’t affect PVC plasticizers or finishes.
- Surfactants emulsify oil
- Disperse dust
- Low-residue drying
- Neat spot-treatment lifts scuffs

Usage guidance
Use guidance
- Sweep or dust-mop grit first.
- For scuffs, put a little neat product on a white pad and rub lightly.

Where Vinyl & Plastic Floor Cleaner stands out
Sticky Vinyl Floors Usually Mean Residue
Dish soap and high-foam cleaners leave a surfactant film on vinyl that attracts dust, feels tacky, turns slippery when wet, and dulls over time. This low-foam, low-residue formula needs no rinse at 1:20 and dries clean.
Neutral for the Wear Layer; Spot-Treat Scuffs
Resilient floors rely on the wear layer and finish for shine, and strong alkali or solvents yellow and embrittle them. This is neutral for everyday mopping. Black scuffs are rubber transferred from soles; put a little neat product on a white pad and rub lightly.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Find practical answers about Vinyl & Plastic Floor Cleaner, private label, samples, MOQ, documents, and delivery.
How to use
Why is my vinyl floor sticky?
Usually soap residue. Mop twice with plain water to strip it, then use this at 1:20.
How do I remove black scuffs?
Put a little neat product on a white pad and rub lightly, never an abrasive one.
Do I need to rinse?
No, at 1:20 it air-dries clean.
What's the best way to deep clean LVP floors?
Vacuum or sweep up grit, then dilute 1:20 and mop in sections with a flat mop wrung until just damp. For scuffs and sticky patches, spray the concentrate on a soft cloth and wipe them first. Finish by rinsing the mop in clean water and going over the floor again so no water sits in the seams. If the floor feels tacky, that's usually old dish-soap residue: mop twice with plain water, then clean as normal.
Surfaces and common questions
Is it OK on rubber mats?
Yes, including gym mats.
Will it yellow the floor?
No; the neutral, solvent-free formula won’t affect PVC or finishes.
Can I use it on waxed floors?
Yes for daily cleaning, with regular re-waxing per the floor-care plan.
Can I use it on LVT and SPC at home?
Yes. Mop at 1:20 with a flat mop wrung to barely damp. Don’t let water sit in the seams—it dries in a few minutes.
Can I use it on sweat marks on gym rubber flooring?
Yes. Mop or wipe at 1:20 to lift sweat and shoe marks, and don’t leave water pooled in the mat seams.
Can I use it in an auto-scrubber?
Yes. The low-foam formula suits auto-scrubbers—add at 1:20 to the solution tank and recovery works normally. Commercial drums are more economical for large sites.
What should you not clean vinyl floors with?
Skip scouring pads and steel wool, which leave fine scratches that hold dirt; solvent cleaners and degreasers, which can haze or soften the surface; puddles of water, which seep into seams and lift the planks; and dish soap, which leaves a film that gets stickier with each mopping. For routine cleaning, a pH-neutral, low-foam floor cleaner diluted in water is all you need.
What type of mop is best for vinyl floors?
A microfiber flat mop. It cleans well when barely damp, so water doesn't pool, and it picks up scuffs and film. String mops hold too much water for plank seams, and sponge mops tend to spread dirty water back around as they wear. For stores, schools, and other large areas, use a floor scrubber; this low-foam formula goes in the clean-water tank at 1:20.
Buying and private label
What should we decide first for a private-label vinyl & plastic floor cleaner?
Three things: home bottle or 5 L commercial, compatibility with waxed floors, and scent.
What are the sample, MOQ, and lead-time terms?
Free samples are usually ready in 3–5 days. Standard MOQ is 500 bottles, and bulk orders are scheduled after packaging and labels are approved.
What can be customized?
All of it: formula direction, scent, fill size (500 mL concentrate, 1 L, 5 L commercial, and more), cap and dosing format, label design and language, and ecommerce bundles with a flat mop and white pads.
Can we test samples first?
Yes, we ship samples first. Test them on PVC and LVT panels with scuffs and film like the ones your customers handle, and record scuff and film removal, tackiness, and slip. That tells you more than a before-and-after photo.
Which documents can you provide?
We provide SDS/MSDS, a TDS, and batch COAs, plus bilingual label content for your target market. They aren’t posted publicly; we send them per project on inquiry.
How is private-label pricing quoted?
Pricing is tiered by packaging, cap type, label, and order quantity, starting at the 500-bottle MOQ. Send your target quantity, fill size, and packaging needs, and we’ll quote unit prices by volume tier with sample and lead-time details.
