Tile & Stone Cleaner
pH-neutral · Tile and stone in one · Private label
Footprints and dusty tracks on a polished marble entry? Mix 1:20, mop with a well-wrung mop—no rinse—and it dries to an even shine with no water marks. pH-neutral and won’t etch marble; works on tile and quartz too. Private label from 500 bottles.
- Marble and terrazzo are calcium carbonate and sensitive to acid. Many bathroom and kitchen cleaners lean acidic; occasional use looks fine, but daily mopping gradually dulls and hazes the polish. Strong alkaline cleaners leave residue that makes floors feel draggy. Daily stone care calls for a neutral cleaner that cleans without fighting the stone.
- Hazy floors with visible footprints after mopping usually mean residue or too strong a mix. This low-foam, low-residue formula at 1:20 needs no rinse and dries bright, not tacky or slippery. Spray and wipe works on quartz and granite counters too.

Before & after
Before and after (use illustration)
Before: the polished marble entry shows footprints, dust, and hazy patches in side light. After: mopped at 1:20 and dried, the sheen is even with no footprints or water marks.
- Before: footprints and dusty tracks on polished marble, dull in patches
- After: an even shine with no prints or water marks
- pH-neutral, so the polish lasts with regular use

How it works
How a Neutral Formula Cleans and Protects Stone
Everyday soil is skin oil, cooking mist, dust, and water minerals. Nonionic surfactants emulsify oil and disperse dust, a little chelator binds calcium and magnesium so no marks form as it dries, the near-neutral pH releases no acid to attack calcium carbonate so polished marble isn’t etched, and low solids mean almost nothing is left when the water evaporates, so the surface stays bright.
- Surfactants emulsify oil
- Disperse dust
- Chelator prevents water marks
- Neutral pH spares calcium carbonate
- Low-residue drying

- Spray and wipe counters; for floors, mix 1:20 and mop with a well-wrung mop.

Where Tile & Stone Cleaner stands out
Marble Slowly Hazing Usually Means the Wrong Cleaner
Marble and terrazzo are calcium carbonate and sensitive to acid.
Low Residue: Bright, Not Slippery
Hazy floors with visible footprints after mopping usually mean residue or too strong a mix. This low-foam, low-residue formula at 1:20 needs no rinse and dries bright, not tacky or slippery. Spray and wipe works on quartz and granite counters too.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

How to use
What can I clean marble floors with?
A neutral cleaner at 1:20. Avoid vinegar, lemon, or acidic bathroom cleaners, which dull it over time.
Do I need to rinse?
No; it’s low-residue and air-dries.
Is it good on tile?
Yes, on ceramic, porcelain, and glazed tile.
What's the best way to deep clean tile floors?
Vacuum or sweep up grit first so it doesn't scratch while you mop. Dilute 1:20, wring the mop until just damp, work in sections, and brush grimy spots before mopping them. Then rinse the mop in clean water and go over the floor again to pick up residue. Dark grout lines are a different kind of soil and respond better to a dedicated grout cleaner.
Surfaces and common questions
Why is my floor hazy after mopping?
Usually the mix is too strong or the mop dirty. Use 1:20 and rinse the mop often.
Can I use it on quartz counters?
Yes, just spray and wipe.
Will it remove oil marks on marble?
Light surface marks, yes; deep soaked-in stains need the Stone Oil Stain Remover.
I spilled juice or vinegar on marble. What should I do?
Blot it up right away, then clean with this. Acidic spills left too long etch a dull mark into marble—that’s damage, not a stain, and needs stone refinishing rather than a cleaner.
Can I use it on terrazzo?
Yes—mop at 1:20. Terrazzo is acid-sensitive, so avoid acidic descalers for routine cleaning; this neutral formula is fine long-term.
Is it suited to mall and hotel lobby stone floors?
Yes. Use it at 1:20 in an auto-scrubber—low foam won’t interfere with recovery. Daily cleaning in high-traffic areas helps keep the shine.
What should you not clean tile floors with?
Skip steel wool and scouring powder, which scratch the glaze; wax- or oil-based floor polishes, which make tile slippery; acidic cleaners, which wear down grout over time; and dish soap, which foams and leaves residue that streaks. On marble and other natural stone, also avoid vinegar and toilet-bowl cleaners.
Can I use it on travertine?
Yes. Like marble, travertine is mostly calcium carbonate: it's sensitive to acid but fine with a neutral cleaner. Mop at 1:20 with a well-wrung mop, and since travertine has natural pits, don't let water pool in them; go over it with a dry mop afterward.
Buying and private label
What should we decide first for a private-label tile & stone cleaner?
Three things: spray or concentrate, home or hotel and mall janitorial, and scent range. “Neutral and stone-safe” leads the pitch.
What are the sample, MOQ, and lead-time terms?
Free samples are usually ready in 3–5 days. Standard MOQ is 500 bottles, and bulk orders are scheduled after packaging and labels are approved.
What can be customized?
All of it: formula direction, scent, fill size (500 mL spray, 1 L concentrate, 5 L janitorial, and more), mist or foam trigger, label design and language, and ecommerce bundles with the stone stain removers.
Can we test samples first?
Yes, we ship samples first. Test them on polished marble and tile panels with footprints and smudges like the ones your customers handle, and record footprint and smudge removal, marble gloss retention, and residue after mopping. That tells you more than a before-and-after photo.
Which documents can you provide?
We provide SDS/MSDS, a TDS, and batch COAs, plus bilingual label content for your target market. They aren’t posted publicly; we send them per project on inquiry.
How is private-label pricing quoted?
Pricing is tiered by packaging, trigger or cap, label, and order quantity, starting at the 500-bottle MOQ. Send your target quantity, fill size, and packaging needs, and we’ll quote unit prices by volume tier with sample and lead-time details.
