Agree on this sample-evaluation checklist with your supplier before testing. Ask for dated results for the selected formula and equipment, so sample approval is based on the actual test conditions.
Record the exact model, manual requirements, tank or cartridge location, water volume and dosing method. A clean-water tank and an automatic concentrate reservoir can require different instructions.
Use the same permitted floor surface, soil, water and machine settings for each sample. Record the actual dilution, foam behavior, visible soil removal, drying conditions, streaks and tackiness.
Identify the plastics, seals, water path and packaging that contact the formula. Agree on exposure conditions and acceptance criteria before testing. A shake test or a neutral pH reading alone cannot establish long-term compatibility.
Keep the approved sample, formula version, dilution directions and packaging specification together. Review the final bottle's seal, parcel-shipping tests and required documents before scheduling production.

Choose private label to start with a CleenU formula under your own brand, OEM when you have an established specification, or ODM when the formula and packaging need development. Share the target device, market and intended use so the development scope and quotation match the project.
No. Low foam is one evaluation point, not proof of compatibility. Assess the final formula at its intended dilution for water delivery, materials, residue and floor finish, using the target device's permitted procedure. A bottle shake test cannot replace those checks.
No. Follow the exact model's manual and warranty terms before choosing a third-party liquid. Some device makers restrict which cleaners may be used; Roborock's published guidance, for example, specifies its own solution. A supplier's compatibility description does not override those instructions or imply device-maker approval.

State whether the ratio describes concentrate mixed with water and give a matching measured example. Do not copy another brand's ratio or use one fixed capful for tanks of different sizes.
Confirm each system separately. An automatic reservoir may meter concentrate, while a clean-water tank may need a premixed solution. Send the model, reservoir instructions and cartridge requirements before selecting the formula or package; a low-foam label alone does not establish cartridge compatibility.
Yes. Fragrance-free is one of the formulation options to discuss during sampling. Removing added fragrance does not by itself establish pet safety, ingestion safety or suitability for every floor. The final label must still explain the intended use, dose and precautions.
No. Define the floor types on the label and check their care instructions. Routine mopping on suitable sealed hard floors is different from cleaning unsealed wood, waxed surfaces or water-sensitive materials. A neutral pH alone is not evidence that every finish tolerates the formula.
Record the formula version, equipment model, floor material, water, dilution, temperature, procedure, acceptance criteria, observations and date. CleenU's manufacturing page describes 720-hour ABS and silicone immersion testing and bench testing on 18+ robot mop models. Review the record for your selected sample and model; those results do not establish universal compatibility or device-maker authorization.

Request documents for the final formula and destination, and separately review the actual listing, label and any claimed certification. Compare offers with the same scope, and ask which sampling, packaging and transport costs are included. CleenU does not publish a single price for every configuration.
