Turn the hood off, let it cool, and pull the filter. Let degreaser sit on stainless baffles; soak aluminum mesh in hot soapy water. Brush, rinse, and dry completely. For the hood, spray degreaser onto a cloth, never onto the motor or controls, then wipe with plain water.
