CleenU product solution
Jewelry Cleaner
pH-neutral, ammonia-free · Basket and brush · Private label
Cloudy diamond or dull gold? Soak 2–5 minutes in the basket, brush behind the stone and around the prongs, rinse, and pat dry, and the sparkle comes back. pH-neutral and ammonia-free, factory-direct private label.
- Rings and necklaces pick up skin oil, lotion, perfume, and soap every day, and the film collects behind the stone and in the prongs so light can't get in or bounce back. Surfactants loosen the film, a chelator carries off soap residue, and a short soak, a light brush, and a rinse bring the fire back.
- Pearls, opals, emeralds, turquoise, amber, coral, and lapis are porous or oil-treated and can dull or discolor in water; wipe them with a cloth and a drop of cleaner. Tarnish on silver is silver sulfide and needs a silver cleaner. Plated pieces should soak only a minute or two with gentle brushing so the plating isn't worn thin.

Before & after
Before and after (illustration)
Before: a platinum diamond ring worn for a year has a gray film behind the diamond and in the prongs, and the stone looks cloudy. After: soaked 3 minutes, brushed, rinsed, and dried, the prongs are clean and the diamond sparkles again.
- Before: cloudy diamond, film behind the stone
- After soaking and brushing: clean prongs
- Sparkle clearly restored

How it works
How the dulling film comes off
The film on jewelry is skin oil, oils and silicones from skincare, perfume residue, and soap scum from soap reacting with hard-water minerals. Nonionic surfactants wet metal and stone and emulsify the oils, a chelator binds calcium and magnesium to dissolve the scum, the soft brush clears the prongs, and water rinses it away.
- Place in the basket
- Soak 2–5 minutes
- Emulsifies oil, dissolves scum
- Brush behind stones and prongs
- Rinse and pat dry

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Find practical answers about Jewelry Cleaner, private label, samples, MOQ, documents, and delivery.
Product, use, and procurement
Why does my jewelry look dull?
Rings and necklaces pick up skin oil, lotion, perfume, and soap every day. The film builds up behind the stones and in the prongs, so light can't get in or bounce back, and diamonds look cloudy. Wash the film off and the sparkle comes back.
Will it remove tarnish from silver?
Not fully. Tarnish is silver sulfide from sulfur in the air, and it needs a silver cleaner or polishing cloth. This cleaner handles the oil and grime on silver pieces.
Which gemstones shouldn't be soaked?
Pearls, opals, emeralds, turquoise, amber, coral, and lapis. They're porous or oil-treated and can lose luster or change color in water. Wipe them with a soft cloth and a drop of cleaner instead.
What should we decide first for a private-label jewelry cleaner?
Format, accessories, and audience. A jar with a dip basket or a travel pen, whether to include a brush and polishing cloth, and fine jewelry or everyday family pieces. Gift sets move fast in the holiday season.
How fast can we get samples and a first order?
Free samples ship in 3–5 days. MOQ is 500 bottles, and production is scheduled once packaging and labels are approved.
Is jewelry cleaner just glass cleaner?
No. Glass cleaner is made to evaporate quickly off a flat surface. A jewelry cleaner is made for soaking: it gets into prongs and behind stones and loosens lotion and skin oil there. Some glass cleaners also contain ammonia, which can be too harsh for plated or porous pieces.
Product usage questions
How long should I soak pieces?
Two to five minutes. Then brush behind the stones and around the prongs with the included soft brush, rinse, and pat dry.
Can I use it on gold-plated or silver-plated jewelry?
You can, with care. Keep the soak to a minute or two and brush gently so you don't wear down the plating; try an inconspicuous spot first.
Can I use it in an ultrasonic cleaner?
Yes, diluted per the machine's directions. Keep pavé settings, loose prongs, and the porous stones listed above out of the ultrasonic.
How often should I clean my jewelry?
Every one to two weeks for rings and earrings you wear daily; after each wear for occasional pieces, before you put them away.
Can I clean pearls with it?
Don't soak pearls, opals, turquoise, or other organic or porous gems; just wipe with a damp soft cloth.
Can I clean my watch?
Water-resistant bands and cases, yes, with a soft brush and a little solution; skip non-water-resistant watches and leather straps.
How should I dry jewelry?
Rinse, blot with a lint-free cloth, and use a hair dryer on cool for settings.
Will jewelry cleaner damage a diamond?
No. A diamond can handle a short soak. The real risks are loose prongs and treated stones. Before cleaning, check that no stone wiggles, and don't soak fracture-filled or porous gems. Soak for 2–5 minutes, brush gently, rinse, and pat dry.
Does it work on costume jewelry or brass?
Yes, but skip the soak. Costume pieces often have thin plating and glued-in stones, so wipe them with a soft cloth dampened with the cleaner. If brass has darkened from oxidation, you'll need a metal polish. This cleaner removes oil and grime, not tarnish.
OEM/ODM customization questions
What can we customize?
Formula direction, scent, fill size (jar, travel pen, and more), dip basket and soft brush, polishing cloth, gift box packaging, and label design and language.
How should we test samples?
Use everyday diamond rings, gold, silver, and plated pieces, and record soak time, change in sparkle after cleaning, and the condition of the plating. That tells you more than a before-and-after photo.
What paperwork comes with a private-label order?
Documents such as SDS/MSDS, TDS, COA, and label copy for your target market are prepared per project. We confirm which ones your order includes when we quote.
