Stainless Steel Cleaner & Polish
Polish with the grain · Resists fingerprints · Private label
Handprints, grease spots, and water marks all over the stainless fridge door? Spray a microfiber cloth, wipe with the grain, and buff the same way for an even sheen and a thin protective layer that resists new prints. Private label from 500 bottles.
- Most appliances use brushed stainless with fine lines running one way. Skin oil from hands settles into the grain, and wiping across it spreads the oil into streaks and hazy patches. Clean with the grain: dissolve the oil in the lines first, then buff evenly for a uniform sheen.
- Beyond cleaning agents, the formula includes a little conditioner that leaves an ultra-thin film, evening out the grain for a uniform sheen and keeping oil off bare metal so new prints are fainter and easier to wipe. The film is so thin it doesn’t feel oily or attract dust.

Before & after
Before and after (use illustration)
Before: around the handle and lower half, the stainless fridge door is covered in prints, smudges, and water marks that look blotchy in side light. After: wiped and buffed with the grain, the marks are gone and the whole door has an even sheen.

- After: marks gone, one even sheen
- A thin protective layer helps keep new prints off

How it works
How Prints Come Off and Stay Off Longer
Stainless soil is mostly skin oil, cooking mist, and minerals from water marks. Surfactants and a little solvent dissolve the oils, and a chelating agent binds the minerals. Conditioners such as low-viscosity silicone or mineral oil form an ultra-thin even film that lowers surface energy so new oil clings less, and fills the grain so light reflects evenly. Buffing with the grain keeps the film uniform and streak-free.
- Surfactants and solvent dissolve fingerprint oil
- Chelator lifts water marks
- Conditioner forms a thin film in the grain
- Buff with the grain

How to use
Why does my stainless fridge look streaky after cleaning?
Use a stainless-specific cleaner, spray the cloth, wipe with the grain, and buff the same way for an even sheen.
How do I find the grain?
Look closely for the fine lines; most fridge doors run vertically or horizontally. Wipe along them.
Will it feel oily?
No. The film is ultra-thin and, once buffed, isn’t oily or dusty.
What's the best way to clean a stainless steel sink?
Each day, rinse food bits away and wipe the sink dry so water spots don't form. Once a week, spray the stainless steel cleaner, wipe with a microfiber cloth along the grain, and buff dry. Skip steel wool and scouring powder; they leave fine scratches that look worse over time. Treat crusted scale with a descaling product first.
How do I get sticker glue off stainless steel?
Treat the glue with an adhesive remover first: spray, wait 1–3 minutes, and push it off with a soft cloth or plastic scraper along the grain, never a razor blade. That leaves a slightly oily feel, so finish with the stainless steel cleaner along the grain and buff dry to bring back the original sheen.
Surfaces and common questions
Can I use it on black stainless?
Test first; black stainless has a coating, so check before using it everywhere.
Will it remove sink scale?
Everyday water marks, yes; crusted scale needs the Faucet & Sink Scale Remover.
How often should I use it?
Weekly at home, and anytime on high-touch spots like fridge handles.
Can I use it on elevator panels and hotel handrails?
Yes—spray the cloth, not the buttons or gaps. Wiping public areas daily keeps visible prints down thanks to the protective layer.
There’s a rainbow sheen or oily streak after wiping.
Too much product. Buff again with a clean dry cloth along the grain. One or two sprays are enough for a whole door.
Can I use it on stainless prep tables in a commercial kitchen?
Yes on fronts, doors, and equipment exteriors. On food-contact work surfaces, wipe with clean water afterward, or reserve it for non-food-contact areas.
Can I use it on stainless steel pots and pans?
On the outside, the lid, and the handles, yes, for grease marks and fingerprints. Don't use it on the cooking surface inside; wash that with dish soap and a soft cloth. Burnt-on grease on the bottom is baked-on soil that needs a kitchen degreaser. After using it on the outside, rinse the pan with water before cooking.
Buying and private label
What should we decide first for a private-label stainless steel cleaner & polish?
Three things: trigger or aerosol (aerosols are common in North America), conditioning level (high shine or natural sheen), and channel (appliance accessories, retail, or janitorial).
What are the sample, MOQ, and lead-time terms?
Free samples are usually ready in 3–5 days. Standard MOQ is 500 bottles, and bulk orders are scheduled after packaging and labels are approved.
What can be customized?
All of it: formula direction, scent, fill size (500 mL spray, 1 L refill, and more), mist or foam trigger, label design and language, and ecommerce bundles with microfiber cloths.
Can we test samples first?
Yes, we ship samples first. Test them on brushed stainless panels with fingerprints like the ones your customers handle, and record print and smudge removal, sheen uniformity, and fingerprint resistance. That tells you more than a before-and-after photo.
Which documents can you provide?
We provide SDS/MSDS, a TDS, and batch COAs, plus bilingual label content for your target market. They aren’t posted publicly; we send them per project on inquiry.
How is private-label pricing quoted?
Pricing is tiered by packaging, trigger or cap, label, and order quantity, starting at the 500-bottle MOQ. Send your target quantity, fill size, and packaging needs, and we’ll quote unit prices by volume tier with sample and lead-time details.
