CleenU product solution
All-Purpose Cleaner
Mildly alkaline · No rinse · Private label
Greasy handprints on counters, dried soy sauce, and dust film on cabinet doors: spray, wait 30 seconds, wipe, and there are no streaks even in side light—no rinse for everyday cleaning. Mildly alkaline with a citrus scent; private label from 500 bottles.
- The grey film on counters and handles is mostly skin oil and cooking mist with dust stuck to it; dried food spills are mostly sugar and starch. Water lifts the dust but smears the oil into streaks. This cleaner's mildly alkaline system emulsifies skin oil and light grease while surfactants rewet dried food, so after 30 to 60 seconds one wipe takes it off.
- Nobody sticks with a routine that needs a second water rinse. This low-residue formula doesn't need one for daily wiping; just dry with microfiber. It covers counters, tables, cabinet doors, microwave exteriors, and fridge doors. Use dedicated products for natural stone and solid wood.

Before & after
Before and after (use illustration)
Before: dried soy sauce, greasy handprints, and a grey film visible under side light. After: sprayed, left briefly, and wiped with microfiber, the soil and film are gone and the surface shows no streaks under side light.
- Before: dried soy sauce and greasy prints, a dull film in side light
- After: soil and film gone, no streaks in side light
- No rinse needed for everyday wipe-downs

How it works
How Everyday Soil Wipes Away
Surfactants lower water's surface tension so the cleaner spreads over the soil and gets under the oil film. The mild alkalinity helps emulsify skin oil and light grease into fine droplets, while dust particles are wrapped and held in suspension instead of settling back. A microfiber cloth picks up the emulsified oil and particles in one pass, and the low-residue formula dries without streaks.
- Wet
- Emulsify skin oil
- Suspend dust
- Microfiber lift

Usage guidance
Use guidance
- Brush crumbs and food scraps off the surface first.
- Spray the surface or a microfiber cloth and leave it 30 to 60 seconds so dried spills soften.
- Wipe clean, turning the cloth as it gets dirty. Where food is prepared directly, follow with a water-dampened cloth.

Cleaning power balanced with low residue
The top complaint about all-purpose cleaners is streaking. We tune the balance between cleaning power and residue so it wipes clean without rinsing.

Lead retail with the 500 mL spray and use concentrate refills for repeat purchase and a sustainability angle. Mist and foam triggers available.
Sample reviews with clear criteria
Review samples on your counter and painted-panel samples with handprints and dried food against clear points: cleaning speed, streaking, residue feel, and scent longevity.

How to use
Can an all-purpose cleaner really clean everything?
No. It is for sealed hard surfaces: tile, engineered stone, glass, painted and plastic cabinet doors, and appliance exteriors. Use dedicated products on natural stone, waxed wood, and screens.
Do I need to rinse after wiping?
Not for everyday use; it is a low-residue formula, so just dry with microfiber. Where food goes directly on the surface, follow with a water-dampened cloth.
Why am I getting streaks?
Usually too much product or a dirty cloth. A light mist is enough; turn or change the cloth as it gets dirty, and buff dark glossy surfaces with a dry microfiber cloth.
Can a DIY mix of vinegar and dish soap replace an all-purpose cleaner?
In a pinch, but it isn't worth it for daily use. Dish soap leaves residue that streaks and needs a rinse, vinegar does little on greasy handprints, and it shouldn't touch marble or other natural stone. An all-purpose cleaner is low-residue: spray, wait 30 seconds, and wipe, with no rinse for everyday cleaning.
Surfaces and common questions
Will it handle heavy stove grease?
Light grease spots, yes. For sticky, built-up grease around the stove and range hood, a kitchen degreaser is far more effective.
Can I use it inside the fridge?
Yes on the liner and shelves; wipe again with a water-dampened cloth before putting food back. For odor problems, the Refrigerator Cleaner & Deodorizer is a better fit.
Is it hard on hands?
The mildly alkaline formula is gentle for short, everyday use. Wear gloves if your skin is sensitive or you are cleaning large areas for a long time.
Should I spray the surface or the cloth?
Spray large flat areas like counters and tables directly. Near appliance panels, switches, and cabinet handles, spray the cloth instead so nothing runs into gaps—and you use less.
Can I set dishes on the table right after cleaning?
Yes—give it one pass with a clean damp cloth and let it dry first. Everyday wipe-downs don’t need a rinse, but cutting boards and dishes that touch food should be washed with dish soap.
Can I use it on glass and mirrors?
It removes fingerprints and grease spots from glass, but for a truly streak-free mirror, use a glass cleaner. If you use this one, spray lightly and buff dry with a clean microfiber cloth.
Which two household cleaners should never be mixed?
Never mix chlorine bleach with acids such as toilet bowl cleaner, descalers, or vinegar, because it releases chlorine gas. Never mix bleach with ammonia-based cleaners either, because that forms chloramine vapors. Use cleaners separately, wipe with water in between, and keep the room ventilated.
Buying and private label
What should we decide first for a private-label all-purpose cleaner?
Three things: kitchen-focused or whole-home, citrus or unscented, and whether to lead with a 500 mL spray or a concentrate refill. All-purpose cleaner is a volume category, and scent and pack usually decide shelf performance.
What are the sample, MOQ, and lead-time terms?
Free samples are usually ready in 3–5 days. Standard MOQ is 500 bottles, and bulk orders are scheduled after packaging and labels are approved.
What can be customized?
All of it: formula direction, scent, fill size (500 mL spray, 1 L refill, concentrate, and more), mist or foam trigger, label design and language, and ecommerce bundles with a concentrate refill and microfiber cloths.
Can we test samples first?
Yes, we ship samples first. Test them on counter and painted-panel samples with handprints and dried food like the ones your customers handle, and record cleaning speed, streaking, residue feel, and scent longevity. That tells you more than a before-and-after photo.
Which documents can you provide?
We provide SDS/MSDS, a TDS, and batch COAs, plus bilingual label content for your target market. They aren’t posted publicly; we send them per project on inquiry.
How is private-label pricing quoted?
Pricing is tiered by packaging, trigger or cap, label, and order quantity, starting at the 500-bottle MOQ. Send your target quantity, fill size, and packaging needs, and we’ll quote unit prices by volume tier with sample and lead-time details.
Can you make an eco-friendly, biodegradable all-purpose cleaner?
Yes, as a project, for example with plant-derived surfactants and a matching scent and pack. Keep in mind that claims like “biodegradable” and “eco-friendly” need supporting raw-material data or test reports in most markets; we confirm what can go on the label during sampling.
Launching your own All-Purpose Cleaner?
Send us your market, main use, scent range, and estimated volume. We will build out the formula, scents, and packaging for this volume product with you.
