CleenU product solution
Baby Bottle Wash
Food-grade formula · Fragrance- and dye-free · Private label
A milky film and sour-milk smell after a few uses, and nipples that never feel clean? Rinse right after feeding, pump 1–2 times onto the bottle brush, scrub bottles, nipples, and parts, rinse thoroughly under running water, then dry or sterilize. Food-grade formula, factory-direct private label.
- Milk residue is fat, protein, and lactose clinging to bottle walls and nipple crevices, and it soon smells sour. Many dish soaps contain fragrance and dye and lather heavily, which is hard to rinse and unsettling on something a baby mouths every day. This wash uses food-grade alkyl polyglucoside and coco glucoside with sodium citrate to lift milk residue, with no fragrance or dye, and rinses away without a trace of scent.
- A wash removes milk and residue; sterilizing takes boiling, steam, or a bottle sterilizer, so keep that step in your routine. This product makes no germ-killing claims. Use a soft brush on nipples and silicone parts rather than scrubbing hard, which leaves scratches that trap residue, and rinse thoroughly under running water before drying or sterilizing.

Before & after
Before and after (illustration)
Before: a PPSU bottle used five times a day, with milky film on the wall and a yellowed, sour-smelling nipple base. After: rinsed first, scrubbed with 2 pumps on the brush, rinsed under running water, and steam-sterilized, the bottle is clear and the nipple smells clean.
- Before: milky film, sour nipple
- Rinsed, scrubbed with 2 pumps, rinsed, sterilized
- Clear bottle, clean-smelling nipple

How it works
How milk residue washes out
Milk residue is fat globules, casein and whey proteins, and lactose; fat anchors it to plastic, and protein hardens as it dries. Alkyl polyglucoside and coco glucoside, nonionic surfactants made from plant sugars and fatty alcohols, emulsify the fat and wet the protein, while sodium citrate chelates calcium to help disperse calcium-bound casein, with moderate suds that rinse easily.
- Rinse after feeding
- 1–2 pumps on brush
- Scrub bottle, nipple, parts
- Emulsify fat, disperse protein
- Rinse well, then sterilize

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Find practical answers about Baby Bottle Wash, private label, samples, MOQ, documents, and delivery.
Product, use, and procurement
How is bottle wash different from dish soap?
Bottle wash uses food-grade ingredients with no fragrance or dye and rinses off more easily. Regular dish soap may contain fragrance and dyes you'd rather keep off baby bottles.
Do I still need to sterilize?
For newborns, yes: wash first, then sterilize with heat or steam. Washing removes milk film; sterilizing is a separate step.
How fast can we get samples and a first order?
Free samples ship in 3–5 days. MOQ is 500 bottles, and production is scheduled once packaging and labels are approved.
Do I really need a baby bottle cleanser?
Water alone won't remove milk film; the fat and protein in formula and breast milk cling to the bottle wall and inside the nipple. After a feeding, rinse, pump 1–2 times onto a bottle brush, scrub the bottle, nipple, and parts, and rinse well under running water. CleenU Baby Bottle Wash is made with food-grade ingredients for this job. For newborns, sterilize with heat or steam after washing.
Product usage questions
How do I use it?
Rinse bottles after use, pump 1–2 times onto a bottle brush, scrub bottles, nipples, and parts, rinse thoroughly under running water, then dry or sterilize.
When shouldn't I use it?
Don't scrub nipples and silicone parts hard with a stiff brush; it doesn't replace heat sterilization.
Can I wash produce with it?
Yes. One pump in a bowl of water, soak 1–2 minutes, then rinse under running water.
Will it whiten yellowed bottles?
It removes milk film; the pale amber of PPSU is the material's natural color, not a stain.
Can I use it in a dishwasher?
No. It's a hand-wash formula, and its suds aren't suited to dishwashers.
When should we stop using it?
There's no set age; use it as long as your child uses bottles and baby dishes.
How do I wash breast pump parts?
Take everything apart, scrub with 1–2 pumps, rinse under running water, and air-dry.
Can I use it on baby dishes?
Yes, on bowls, spoons, and cups; rinse them thoroughly with clean water afterward.
How long does a bottle last?
Washing 6–8 bottles a day, 500 mL lasts about 1–2 months.
What if a nipple stays sticky?
Replace nipples that stay sticky or misshapen after washing.
How do I wash new baby bottles before the first use?
Take every part apart, wash each piece with 1–2 pumps on a bottle brush, and rinse thoroughly under running water. Then sterilize or air-dry as the bottle maker directs; for newborns, that usually means heat or steam sterilizing.
Can I use it in an automatic bottle washer?
No. It's a hand-wash formula, and its suds aren't suited to machines. Use the detergent your bottle washer's manual specifies, and keep this one for brushing bottles, nipples, and pump parts by hand.
OEM/ODM customization questions
