Desk Tabletop Cleaner
Gentle, low-residue · Dries clean · Private label
Shiny, tacky wrist spots on the desk, coffee rings, and dried drips? Spray and wipe; give dried spills 30 seconds to soften first. The top goes back to an even finish that isn’t sticky. For sealed wood, laminate, and glass; private label from 500 bottles.
- When you write or type, your wrists and palms rest on the desk for hours, transferring skin oil and hand cream. That patch slowly turns shiny and tacky and holds dust and paper fibers. Water wipes it for a while, but it comes right back. This cleaner’s surfactants emulsify the oil and lift the trapped dust onto the cloth, and the low-residue formula dries non-tacky.
- A coffee ring is pigment and oil that dried at the cup’s edge; dried drinks leave sticky sugar marks. Spray, wait 30 seconds for the sugar and pigment to soften, and a microfiber cloth takes them off with no scratching or scouring. Wipe sealed wood dry promptly so moisture doesn’t sit.

Before & after
Before and after (use illustration)

- Dry to the touch, no tackiness or streaks

How it works
How Desk Soil Wipes Away
Desk soil is part oily (skin oil, hand cream) and part water-soluble (sugar, coffee pigment). Surfactants spread the cleaner and emulsify the oil; water re-dissolves dried sugar and loosens pigment; fine microfiber fibers carry everything away in one pass. With low solids, nothing tacky is left once it dries.
- Wet
- Emulsify skin oil
- Re-dissolve sugar and pigment
- Microfiber lift
- Low-residue dry

Where Desk Tabletop Cleaner stands out
Tacky Desks Are Skin Oil Collecting Dust
When you write or type, your wrists and palms rest on the desk for hours, transferring skin oil and hand cream. That patch slowly turns shiny and tacky and holds dust and paper fibers. Water wipes it for a while, but it comes right back. This cleaner’s surfactants emulsify the oil and lift the trapped dust onto the cloth, and the low-residue formula dries non-tacky.
Coffee Rings and Splashes: Wait 30 Seconds, Then Wipe

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Find practical answers about Desk Tabletop Cleaner, private label, samples, MOQ, documents, and delivery.
How to use
The spot where my wrists rest is shiny and tacky. What do I do?
That’s a film of skin oil and hand cream built up over time. Spray and wipe to emulsify it away, then dry, and the matte, non-tacky finish comes back.
Coffee rings won’t come off. What now?
Spray, wait 30 seconds to soften the dried coffee, then wipe with microfiber. A white ring on a wood table is moisture in the finish, which is a finish problem cleaning can’t fix.
Can I use it on solid wood?
Yes on sealed or lacquered wood; dry it promptly. For raw, waxed, or oil-finished wood, use a wood-specific product.
What's the best way to clean a wooden table top?
Check the finish first: sealed or lacquered wood can be cleaned with this spray; waxed, oiled, or raw wood can't. Sealed wood has a smooth film that keeps liquid on the surface, while oiled finishes such as many teak and walnut tops let it soak in. On a sealed top, mist the cloth, wipe off hand oil and spills, and dry right away; test a hidden spot first if you're unsure of the finish.
Surfaces and common questions
Do I need to rinse?
No. It’s low-residue; just wipe dry with microfiber.
Can I clean my computer and keyboard with it?
Don’t spray them. Use an electronics cleaner applied to a cloth for keyboards, mice, and screens.
My glass table streaks. What should I change?
Use less and buff with a dry cloth afterward; streaks usually mean too much product or a dirty cloth.
Is it OK for daily use on shared desks and conference tables?
Yes. It’s gentle enough for daily wipe-downs; spraying the cloth is fastest and a conference table takes under a minute. It dries clean with no tacky residue.
Will it remove pen and marker marks?
Fresh marks on sealed or laminate tops usually fade or come off. Old ink that has sunk into the grain may only fade. Don’t attack it with solvents—they can damage the finish.
Why is the surface cloudy after wiping?
Usually too much spray or a wet cloth left residue to dry on the surface. Buff it dry with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. Next time, use less or spray the cloth first.
Is a dry duster enough for a desk, or do I need a cleaner?
Dust with a dry cloth daily, and use a cleaner where the desk feels tacky. Loose dust wipes off dry, but the spots under your wrists and palms collect skin oil and hand cream that hold dust in place, so it comes right back. Spray those areas, wipe with microfiber to lift the oily film, and buff dry.
Buying and private label
What should we decide first for a private-label desk tabletop cleaner?
Three things: home study and dining tables or offices and hot desks; citrus or unscented (offices lean unscented); and whether to bundle with wipes or microfiber. Desk cleaners have openings in both office-supply and kids’ study channels.
What are the sample, MOQ, and lead-time terms?
Free samples are usually ready in 3–5 days. Standard MOQ is 500 bottles, and bulk orders are scheduled after packaging and labels are approved.
What can be customized?
All of it: formula direction, scent, fill size (500 mL spray, 1 L refill, and more), mist or foam trigger, label design and language, and ecommerce bundles with microfiber cloths or tabletop wipes.
Can we test samples first?
Yes, we ship samples first. Test them on sealed wood and melamine panels with palm-oil shine and coffee rings like the ones your customers handle, and record removal of palm-oil shine and cup rings, residue feel, and effect on sealed wood. That tells you more than a before-and-after photo.
Which documents can you provide?
We provide SDS/MSDS, a TDS, and batch COAs, plus bilingual label content for your target market. They aren’t posted publicly; we send them per project on inquiry.
How is private-label pricing quoted?
Pricing is tiered by packaging, trigger or cap, label, and order quantity, starting at the 500-bottle MOQ. Send your target quantity, fill size, and packaging needs, and we’ll quote unit prices by volume tier with sample and lead-time details.
