CleenU product solution
Oxygen Bleach Powder
Color-safe oxygen bleach · Warm soak · Private label
Yellowed whites or sweat stains that won't wash out? Dissolve one scoop per gallon of warm water (104–140°F), soak 1–6 hours, and wash as usual; active oxygen fades stains and it's safe on colorfast fabrics. Factory-direct private label.
- In warm water, sodium percarbonate breaks into washing soda and hydrogen peroxide, which releases active oxygen that fades coffee, tea, juice, and sweat pigment locked in the fibers, while washing soda softens water and cuts grease. The TAED activator releases oxygen fully at around 104°F, so you don't need boiling water that could damage clothes.
- Chlorine bleach is powerful but blotches colors, weakens fibers, and smells harsh. Oxygen bleach targets stain pigment, is safe on colorfast fabrics, and breaks down into washing soda, water, and oxygen. It clearly improves yellowing from sweat and oil; it can't reverse aged fabric or yellowing caused by chlorine bleach.

Before & after
Before and after (illustration)
Before: a white cotton tee after a summer of wear, yellow at the collar and underarms and gray overall. After: soaked 4 hours in 122°F water with one scoop per gallon and machine-washed, the yellow is clearly lighter and the shirt looks white again.

How it works
How stains get oxidized away
Yellowing and stains come from sweat protein, oxidized body oil, and the polyphenol pigments in tea, coffee, and juice. Percarbonate dissolves into hydrogen peroxide, which TAED turns into peracetic acid that releases active oxygen from about 104°F, breaking the color-producing structure of the pigment. Washing soda saponifies oils and surfactants carry loosened soil out of the fibers.

Why choose CleenU for Oxygen Bleach Powder?
From product positioning and samples to packaging and repeat supply, CleenU supports OEM/ODM projects built around Oxygen Bleach Powder.
Moisture-proof packaging know-how
Percarbonate breaks down early in humidity, so we design tubs with vented moisture-proof lids and vented moisture-proof pouches.
Activation tuned to wash temperature
Some markets wash cold, so we adjust TAED levels for enough activity at lower temperatures.
Sample testing that means something
We plan sample evaluation around yellowed white tees, coffee- and sweat-stained cotton, and colored garments: soak time, stain removal, and color loss.
Labels and documents ready
Bilingual label copy, SDS/MSDS, TDS, and batch COAs, with warnings and directions prepared for your target market.
Consistent reorders
Every batch is retained and issued a COA, so reorders match on color, scent, and feel.

Product, use, and procurement
How is oxygen bleach different from chlorine bleach?
Chlorine bleach is powerful but can strip color, weaken fibers, and smells harsh. Oxygen bleach releases active oxygen that targets stain pigments, so it suits colorfast fabrics when used as directed (spot-test first), and it breaks down into washing soda, water, and oxygen.
Why does it need warm water?
Sodium percarbonate barely activates in cold water. Warm to hot water (104–140°F) works best, and the TAED activator in this formula means you don't need boiling water.
Will it whiten yellowed clothes?
If the yellowing comes from sweat and body oil, a few hours' soak usually makes a clear difference. If the fabric itself has aged or was yellowed by chlorine bleach, oxygen bleach can't reverse it.
What should we decide first for a private-label oxygen bleach?
Package, size, and story. A tub with a scoop feels premium, and a stand-up pouch ships cheaper. A 500 g trial size and a 1–2 kg family size, and either a laundry-whitening pitch or a whole-home soak story (clothes, towels, mugs, cutting boards), which plays better on social video.
How do samples and minimum orders work?
Free samples ship in 3–5 days. For powders, MOQ and lead time depend on the tub or pouch and the fill size, and we confirm both once packaging is set.
What is oxygen bleach powder used for?
Lifting organic stains and brightening laundry without chlorine. It's sodium percarbonate, which releases active oxygen in warm water to break down sweat, food, and grime discoloration. Use it as a pre-soak for yellowed whites, dingy towels, and colorfast clothes, or add a scoop to the wash.
Product usage questions
How do I know if a colored item is safe?
Do a quick colorfast test: put a drop of the solution on an inside seam, wait 5 minutes, and press with a white cloth. No color transfer means you're good. Dark, tie-dyed, and hand-dyed items bleed most often.
How long should I soak?
One to two hours for everyday stains; four to six hours or overnight for yellowing and old sweat stains. The water cools as it sits, so top it up with hot water halfway through.
What shouldn't I soak in it?
Wool, silk, leather, and silk blends, because the alkaline oxygen damages protein fibers. Skip long soaks for aluminum and anything with metal trim.
Why does it fizz?
That's the percarbonate releasing oxygen, which means it's working. Don't seal the soaking container airtight; let the gas escape.
How should I store it?
Lid on tight, somewhere cool and dry. Moisture breaks percarbonate down early, so keep wet scoops out of the tub and don't store it in the bathroom.
Can it fix stiff, smelly towels?
Yes. Soak in warm water for 30 minutes, then wash; it lifts body oil and odor so towels soften up.
Can I add it straight to the washer?
Yes. Add 1–2 scoops with detergent based on load size; warm cycles work best.
How do I use oxygen bleach in laundry?
Dissolve it in warm water first, then soak or add it to the wash. It barely activates in cold water, and the TAED activator in this formula lets it work at around 104°F. Soak everyday stains one to two hours and heavy yellowing four to six, then wash as usual. Skip wool and silk.
Is oxygen bleach color-safe?
Yes on colorfast fabrics, but test first. Unlike chlorine bleach, it goes after stain pigments rather than stripping dye, yet dark, hand-dyed, and tie-dyed pieces can still bleed. Dab some solution on an inside seam, wait five minutes, and press with a white cloth; no color transfer means you're good to go.
OEM/ODM customization questions
What can we customize?
Formula direction, fill size (500 g, 1 kg, 2 kg, and more), tub or stand-up pouch, scoop, label design and language, and bundles with laundry bags or a soaking tub.
How should we test samples?
Use yellowed white tees, cotton swatches with coffee and sweat stains, and a few colored garments, and record soak time, stain removal, and any color loss. That tells you more than a before-and-after photo.
What paperwork comes with a private-label order?
Documents such as SDS/MSDS, TDS, COA, and label copy for your target market are prepared per project. We confirm which ones your order includes when we quote.
