Tune pH and residue for touchpoints, gum, doodles and filters
Public Touchpoint & Facility Cleaning Solution
Public-space cleaning splits into two kinds of job. Touchpoints that many people handle every day, such as elevator buttons, handrails, shopping cart handles and school desks, collect hand sweat, skin oil and doodles. Facility-specific soil includes gum stuck to floors and the sunscreen oil and biofilm in pool and spa filters and plumbing. We match six CleenU products to the place and the soil, and build private-label lines for commercial cleaning brands, property and janitorial service companies and pool and spa supply brands through OEM/ODM. The products on this page clean; they are not disinfectants.

Touchpoints Only Need Cleaning; Specialty Soil Needs Its Own Product
For elevator buttons and handrails, use Elevator Button & Handrail Cleaner on a microfiber cloth (never sprayed directly on buttons) and wipe buttons, car handrails and door handles; it dries in seconds. Shopping cart and stroller handles take Shopping Cart Cleaner the same way. Gum stuck to tile, carpet or clothing takes Chewing Gum Remover: saturate, wait 1–3 minutes, then lift from the edge with a plastic scraper. Pencil, ballpoint and marker doodles on school desks take School Desk Cleaner: spray, wait 30 seconds and wipe. Pleated pool and spa cartridges take Pool Filter Cleaner at 1:10 for 8–12 hours, and spa plumbing takes Hot Tub & Spa Cleaner at 250 mL per 1,000 L of water, circulated 30–60 minutes before draining. Touchpoint products are not a substitute for disinfection.
- Scenarios: Elevator handrails, shopping carts, gum, school desk doodles, pool filters and spa plumbing, chosen by scenario.
- How It Works: Misted cloths lift hand sweat and skin oil; a gel softens gum; alkaline cleaners break down pen oil and sunscreen oil.
- How to Use: Mist-on-cloth for touchpoints; gum 1–3 minutes before scraping; desks 30 seconds before wiping; cartridges at 1:10 for 8–12 hours.
- Materials to Avoid: Acrylic, PS plastic, painted finishes, chalkboards, leather, and sand or DE filters.
- Key Limit: Touchpoint products clean only and do not replace disinfection; alkaline products need gloves and eye protection and are never mixed with acids.

Spot-test natural stone, coated, and wood surfaces in a hidden area first.
When Not to Use It
- Places that require disinfection: touchpoint products only clean and do not replace disinfection; follow the rules of the venue for anything that must be disinfected.
- Acrylic, PS plastic and painted finishes: Chewing Gum Remover is not for these materials, and carpet and clothing need a spot test first.
- Chalkboards, whiteboards, leather and fabric chairs: School Desk Cleaner is not for these surfaces, and solid wood and painted tops need a spot test.
- Sand and DE filters: Pool Filter Cleaner is for pleated cartridges only, and it is never mixed with acid filter cleaners.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about how to use it, which surfaces are safe, and private-label orders.
Use & Cleaning
Can I spray cleaner straight onto elevator buttons?
No. Mist Elevator Button & Handrail Cleaner on a microfiber cloth and wipe buttons and rails; it dries in seconds, and liquid must not seep into the button gaps. Wipe escalator handrails only when stopped or in low-speed service mode, never while running.
How do I get gum out of carpet?
Test Chewing Gum Remover in an inconspicuous spot first, then saturate the gum, wait 1–3 minutes, lift from the edge with a plastic scraper and blot up residue with a dry cloth. It is not for acrylic, PS plastic or painted finishes.
How often should pool cartridges be cleaned?
A deep clean every 4–6 weeks is recommended: rinse off debris with a hose, then spray neat into the pleats and wait 15–30 minutes, or soak the whole cartridge at 1:10 for 8–12 hours, and rinse from top to bottom before refitting.
Surfaces & Safety
Can Shopping Cart Cleaner replace disinfection?
No. Shopping Cart Cleaner and Elevator Button & Handrail Cleaner only clean, removing hand sweat, skin oil and food residue; where disinfection is required, handle it separately under the venue rules.
How do I clean ballpoint doodles off a desk?
Spray School Desk Cleaner on the doodle, wait 30 seconds, wipe with a microfiber cloth or sponge, then go over with a damp cloth. Test solid wood tops first, and permanent marker may need several passes.
Can Pool Filter Cleaner be used with an acid filter cleaner?
No. Pool Filter Cleaner is an alkaline degreaser; scale needs a separate acid filter descaler, and the two are never mixed. Wear gloves and eye protection, and do not use it on sand or DE filters.
Private Label & Sourcing
What should I prepare before inquiring about private-label public-space cleaners?
Settle four things: touchpoint wipe, gum removal, desk doodles or pool and spa maintenance; volume and refills; ready-to-use or concentrate; and the target market and label language. We then arrange free samples, usually ready in 3–5 days.
Can property and janitorial companies buy in bulk?
Yes. 500 mL trigger sprayers, 3.78 L refills, 1 L concentrate bottles and other formats can be set per project, and SDS, TDS and COA are available on request.
What are the MOQ and lead time?
Standard projects start at 500 bottles, free samples are usually ready in 3–5 days, and production is scheduled after packaging and labels are approved.

Launching a Public-Space Cleaner? Start with Free Samples
Public-space cleaning comes down to treating touchpoints as cleaning only and handling specialty soil separately: mist-on-cloth wiping for elevator buttons and cart handles, soften gum before scraping, let desk doodles sit before wiping, degrease pool cartridges with alkali and circulate spa plumbing clean; avoid acrylic, PS plastic, chalkboards and electronic panels, and handle disinfection separately under venue rules. If you run a commercial cleaning brand, janitorial company or pool-supply brand and want a private-label cleaner, CleenU can start from these six formulas, with free samples first and 500 bottles as the minimum order.
