CleenU product solution
Bathroom Floor Cleaner
Mildly acidic · Scrubs grout lines clean · Private label
Anti-slip tile that gets darker every time you mop, or a black ring around the drain? Spray or dilute 1:5, wait 3–5 minutes, scrub with a stiff brush, and rinse—the tile’s color comes back, with no slippery film. Private label from 500 bottles.
- The texture on anti-slip tile is there for grip, but it also traps soil. Soap scum, body oil, and bits of hair settle into the grooves, and calcium and magnesium in the water lock them in layer by layer until the floor looks grey or dark. A mop only touches the raised points. This cleaner runs down into the grooves, its mild acid breaks up the calcium soap and minerals, and a stiff brush pulls the grime out.
- The worst thing a floor cleaner can do in a bathroom is leave a slick film that attracts dirt and makes the floor slippery. This low-residue formula rinses clean; squeegee after rinsing and the floor feels fresh underfoot. For routine care, mop with a 1:5 dilution; spray full strength on heavy buildup around the drain and in corners.

Before & after
Before and after (use illustration)
Before: grey-black grime fills the grooves of the shower-area tile, darker near the drain. After: sprayed, left to work, brushed along the texture, and rinsed, the grooves are back to the tile color and the surface is not slick underfoot.
- Before: grey-black grime packed in the texture, darkest near the drain
- After: the texture is back to the tile’s own color
- Rinsed and squeegeed, not tacky or slippery

How it works
How Grime Comes Out of Textured Tile
Bathroom floor grime is soap scum (calcium fatty-acid salts), body oil, hair fragments, and water minerals, all cemented into the grooves by the minerals. Low surface tension lets the cleaner flow to the bottom of the texture, the mild acid dissolves the calcium and magnesium that hold it together, and surfactants emulsify the oils. Once loosened, brush bristles reach into the grooves and pull it out, and the rinse leaves no slick film.
- Flow into grooves
- Mild acid loosens calcium soap and minerals
- Emulsify oil
- Brush
- Rinse

Why choose CleenU for Bathroom Floor Cleaner?
From product positioning and samples to packaging and repeat supply, CleenU supports OEM/ODM projects built around Bathroom Floor Cleaner.
Cleaning power balanced with slip safety
A floor cleaner has to rinse clean without a slick film as well as remove grime. We balance acidity, surfactant residue, and foam.
Spray plus dilution refills
500 mL spray for heavy spots at home; 1 L and 5 L refills diluted 1:5 for commercial mopping.
Sample reviews with clear criteria
Review samples on your textured tile samples with soap scum buildup against clear points: grime removal from texture, scrub passes, and slip feel after rinsing.
Unscented or light fresh
Most prefer unscented or a light fresh scent for bathroom floors; commercial users often want unscented.

How to use
Why does anti-slip bathroom tile keep getting darker?
The grooves trap soap scum, body oil, and bits of hair, and water minerals lock them in. A mop only touches the raised points, so grime builds in the grooves. You need a cleaner that runs into the texture and a stiff brush to pull it out.
Do I dilute it? At what ratio?
Spray neat on heavy grime around the drain and corners. For routine whole-floor cleaning, mix 1 part cleaner to 5 parts water, scrub, and rinse.
Will the floor be more slippery afterward?
No. The formula is low-residue and low-foam, so it rinses without a slick film. Watch your step while the floor is wet and squeegee it dry.
How do I use a bathroom floor cleaner the right way?
Spray it neat on the dirty areas, let it sit 3 to 5 minutes, then scrub. That wait gives the mildly acidic formula time to loosen soap scum and mineral film; scrubbing right away mostly moves dirt around. Brush along the tile texture, rinse with clean water, and squeegee dry. For routine whole-floor cleaning, mix 1 part cleaner to 5 parts water instead.
Surfaces and common questions
Can I use it on marble floors?
No. Acid etches and dulls marble permanently. Use the pH-neutral Tile & Stone Cleaner on natural stone.
Will it clean dark grout too?
Light greying, yes. For grout that has turned black or moldy, the Grout Cleaner works better.
Can I use it on vinyl bath mats?
Yes. Lay the mat flat, spray, brush both sides, rinse, and stand it up to dry so the back doesn’t stay damp.
Can I just mop, or do I have to scrub?
For routine care, mopping at 1:5 is fine. Once the texture has turned dark, a mop can’t reach the bottom—scrub along the pattern with a stiff brush, then rinse.
Why does the floor look white after scrubbing?
Usually loosened grime and product weren’t fully rinsed and dried into white marks. Rinse again and squeegee dry, and don’t let the floor air-dry after scrubbing next time.
How often should I scrub?
Every 2–4 weeks for a home shower, while grime in the texture is still thin enough to come out in one pass. Hotel and gym showers should be done weekly.
Can I clean a bathroom floor without a mop?
Yes, and on textured anti-slip tile a brush does a better job than a mop. Spray, wait 3 to 5 minutes, scrub with a stiff brush along the pattern, rinse, and squeegee the water toward the drain. A mop only touches the raised points, so grime in the grooves stays put.
What floors should I not use it on?
Don't use it on marble, terrazzo, limestone, or other natural stone, or on wood and laminate. It's a mildly acidic cleaner (pH 3.5–5.0), and acid dulls stone made of calcium carbonate. Stick to ceramic and porcelain bathroom tile, anti-slip tile, and vinyl bath mats, and never use it at the same time as chlorine bleach.
Buying and private label
What should we decide first for a private-label bathroom floor cleaner?
Three things: household or commercial (gyms, hotels), retail spray or a refill for dilution, and whether it must be unscented and low-foam. Commercial buyers care about dilution and cost; households care about convenience.
What are the sample, MOQ, and lead-time terms?
Free samples are usually ready in 3–5 days. Standard MOQ is 500 bottles, and bulk orders are scheduled after packaging and labels are approved.
What can be customized?
All of it: formula direction, scent, fill size (500 mL spray, 1 L and 5 L refills, and more), mist or foam trigger, label design and language, and ecommerce bundles with a stiff floor brush and squeegee.
Can we test samples first?
Yes, we ship samples first. Test them on textured tile samples with soap scum buildup like the ones your customers handle, and record grime removal from texture, scrub passes, and slip feel after rinsing. That tells you more than a before-and-after photo.
Which documents can you provide?
We provide SDS/MSDS, a TDS, and batch COAs, plus bilingual label content for your target market. They aren’t posted publicly; we send them per project on inquiry.
How is private-label pricing quoted?
Pricing is tiered by packaging, trigger or cap, label, and order quantity, starting at the 500-bottle MOQ. Send your target quantity, fill size, and packaging needs, and we’ll quote unit prices by volume tier with sample and lead-time details.
Launching your own Bathroom Floor Cleaner?
Send us your market, household or commercial use, dilution needs, and estimated volume. We will work through formula and packaging with you.
