CleenU product solution
Collar & Cuff Stain Remover
Dual-enzyme pretreat · Yellow collars and dark cuffs · Private label
A yellow-gray ring on white shirt collars and grimy cuffs that the washer never gets? On dry fabric, apply to the collar and cuffs, brush with the built-in brush, wait 5–10 minutes, then wash as usual. Protease plus lipase. Factory-direct private label.
- Collars and cuffs rub against neck and wrists, so sweat protein, skin oil, and foundation build up in the fibers; the oil oxidizes yellow, then traps dust into a dark ring. In the washer, detergent is diluted and contact is brief, too weak for concentrated soil. Applied directly before washing, this pretreater's protease and lipase break down sweat and oil at full strength, so a normal wash takes it out.
- Apply to dry fabric so the actives hit the stain undiluted, wait 5–10 minutes, and wash before it dries on. Wool and silk are protein fibers that protease attacks, so don't use it there or on dry-clean-only items, and test dark fabrics inside for colorfastness.

How it works
How two enzymes break down collar soil
Collar soil is sweat protein (keratin flakes, urea), skin oil (triglycerides, fatty acids, squalene), and makeup oils, yellowing as the oil oxidizes. Protease cuts protein peptide bonds, lipase hydrolyzes triglycerides into fatty acids and glycerol, and nonionic surfactants emulsify the pieces so the wash carries them away.
- Apply to dry fabric
- Brush gently
- Wait 5–10 minutes
- Enzymes break down protein and oil
- Wash as usual

Where Collar & Cuff Stain Remover stands out
Why collars and cuffs never come clean
Collars and cuffs rub against neck and wrists, so sweat protein, skin oil, and foundation build up in the fibers; the oil oxidizes yellow, then traps dust into a dark ring. Apply dry, don't let it dry

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Find practical answers about Collar & Cuff Stain Remover, private label, samples, MOQ, documents, and delivery.
Product, use, and procurement
Why apply it to dry fabric?
Wet fibers are full of water that dilutes the treatment. On dry fabric the enzymes go straight to the stain.
How is it different from a general stain spray?
It targets collar and cuff body oil and sweat with more lipase and a brush head for scrubbing. A general stain spray covers grease, sauce, lipstick, and other spots.
How fast can we get samples and a first order?
Free samples ship in 3–5 days. MOQ is 500 bottles, and production is scheduled once packaging and labels are approved.
Product usage questions
How do I use it?
On dry fabric, apply to collars and cuffs, scrub lightly with the brush head, wait 5–10 minutes (don't let it dry), and wash as usual.
When shouldn't I use it?
Not for wool, silk, or dry-clean-only items; test dark fabrics on an inside seam first.
Will it remove old yellow stains?
It clearly improves them; for stubborn ones, apply again after the wait or add a warm soak.
Does it work on other oil stains?
Yes. Food grease, lipstick, and foundation all pretreat well.
Can I use it on hand-washed items?
Yes. Apply, brush, wait, then hand-wash and rinse.
Can I use it on hats?
On sweatbands, yes; don't soak hats with cardboard brims.
What should I keep in mind with baby clothes?
Pretreat, wash as usual, and add an extra rinse.
Does it work on white school uniforms?
Yes, on collars, cuffs, and front stains.
Will colors fade?
Test inside first to make sure the color holds.
How do I clean the brush top?
Rinse it after use and cap the bottle so it doesn't dry out.
How do I get rid of ring around the collar?
Pretreat the collar while the shirt is still dry, then wash as usual. Ring around the collar is body oil and sweat that builds up wash after wash, and water in wet fabric dilutes a treatment before it reaches the stain. Apply CleenU Collar & Cuff Stain Remover, scrub lightly with the brush head, wait 5–10 minutes without letting it dry, and wash. For old yellowing, apply a second time or add a warm soak.
How can I prevent collar stains from building up?
Pretreat collars and cuffs on shirts you wear often before each wash, instead of waiting for a yellow line to show. Body oil and sweat left in the fabric after washing build up and set, which is why old rings are harder to lift. A quick brush-on before washing keeps that buildup from getting a head start.
