CleenU product solution
Laundry Pods
One pod per load · Concentrated enzymes · Private label
Tired of guessing detergent amounts? Put one pod in the empty drum, add laundry, and run a normal cycle, with enzymes for sweat, food, and grease. Child-resistant tub, factory-direct private label.
- Measuring detergent is guesswork: too much leaves residue and stiff clothes, too little leaves them dirty. Laundry pods seal concentrated detergent in a water-soluble film, one pod per load. The film dissolves in the wash; surfactants handle everyday soil while protease, amylase, and lipase target sweat, food, and grease.
- Pods are colorful and look like candy, and a child can bite or swallow one; concentrate in the eyes or mouth is dangerous. Store them up high, close the child-resistant lid every time, and never handle them with wet hands. If one is swallowed, get medical help immediately. Packaging and labels are designed to that standard.

Before & after
Before and after (illustration)
Before: a mixed load including a white shirt with a coffee stain and a workout tee with sweat odor. After: one pod in the bottom of the drum on a normal cycle, the sweat smell is gone, the coffee stain is clearly lighter, and the clothes rinse soft, not stiff.
- Before: coffee-stained shirt, sweaty tee
- One pod, normal cycle
- Sweat smell gone, coffee much lighter

How it works
How pods get laundry clean
The water-soluble film (polyvinyl alcohol) dissolves within seconds, releasing concentrated detergent. Anionic and nonionic surfactants lower surface tension and emulsify oily and particulate soil; protease breaks down sweat and blood protein, amylase breaks down food starch, and lipase breaks down body oil, and the wash water carries it all away.
- Pod in the drum bottom
- Film dissolves in water
- Surfactants emulsify soil
- Three enzymes break down stains
- Rinse carries it away

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Find practical answers about Laundry Pods, private label, samples, MOQ, documents, and delivery.
Product, use, and procurement
How are laundry pods different from liquid detergent?
A pod is concentrated detergent sealed in a water-soluble film: one pod, one load, no measuring and no overdosing. The concentrate includes protease, amylase, and lipase enzymes that target sweat, food, and grease stains.
Where does the pod go?
In the bottom of the empty drum, then add clothes. Not in the dispenser drawer and not on top of the laundry, or the film may not dissolve fully.
How many pods per load?
One for a normal load; two for an extra-large or very dirty load.
What should we decide first for private-label laundry pods?
Chambers, scent, and packaging. Single or multi-chamber (separate wash, scent, and color care chambers look premium), fragrance and scent strength, and a child-resistant tub or pouch with prominent warnings, which is a must for pods.
How do samples and minimum orders work?
Free samples ship in 3–5 days. For tablets and pods, MOQ and lead time depend on the spec and packaging, and we confirm both once those are set.
Laundry pods vs. liquid detergent: which should I buy?
Pick pods if you want one-step dosing for machine loads. Each pod is pre-measured concentrate with enzymes aimed at sweat, food, and grease stains, so there's no overpouring. Stick with liquid if you hand-wash, launder wool or silk, or want to adjust the dose for small loads.
Product usage questions
Why keep pods away from children?
Pods are colorful and look like candy, and a child can bite or swallow one. Concentrated detergent in the eyes or mouth is dangerous. Store them up high, close the child-resistant lid every time, and get medical help immediately if one is swallowed.
Can I handle pods with wet hands?
No. The film dissolves on contact with water and will stick and burst.
Do they dissolve in cold water?
Yes. The film dissolves in cold water; on very cold winter water, use a normal or heavy cycle instead of a quick wash.
What shouldn't I wash with them?
Wool and silk, because enzymes damage protein fibers. Don't use pods for hand washing; direct contact with the concentrate can irritate skin.
Where do pods go?
Place a pod in the drum bottom before adding clothes, not in the dispenser.
Can I use pods for hand-washing?
Not recommended; pods are made for machines that agitate the film until it dissolves.
What if pods stick together from moisture?
Keep the lid closed in a dry place; don't use pods that have stuck or broken.
Can I use laundry pods in a top-loader and a front-loader?
Yes, in both. Put the pod in the bottom of the empty drum or tub first, then load the clothes; don't put it in the dispenser or on top of the laundry. Leave room for the clothes to tumble so the film gets enough water and agitation to dissolve.
Why didn't my pod dissolve, and why is there residue on my clothes?
The usual causes are placement, an overstuffed drum, or a quick cycle in very cold water. Put the pod in first, load the clothes loosely, and switch to a normal or heavy cycle in winter. If pods have stuck together or broken from moisture, don't use them.
OEM/ODM customization questions
What can we customize?
Formula direction, single or multi-chamber, pod weight, fragrance and scent strength, child-resistant packaging, label design and language, and ecommerce kits.
How should we test samples?
Wash standard stain swatches and everyday clothes in front-load and top-load machines on cold and warm, and record whether the film dissolves fully, stain removal, and how long the scent lasts. That tells you more than a before-and-after photo.
What paperwork comes with a private-label order?
Documents such as SDS/MSDS, TDS, COA, and label copy for your target market are prepared per project. We confirm which ones your order includes when we quote.
