Odor Eliminator & Air Freshener
Neutralizes odors · Not just perfume · Private label
Smoke in the sofa and curtains, pet smell where they sleep, stale air in closets and cars? Mist fabric with the odor eliminator until slightly damp and let it dry 10–15 minutes with a window open—the odor fades, leaving a light ocean scent. Private label from 500 bottles.
- Tar and phenols from smoke, fatty acids and sulfur compounds from pets, and aldehydes from cooking all soak into the fibers of sofas, curtains, and rugs and then slowly release. A perfumed spray just layers a stronger scent over the air, and when it fades the odor is back. An odor eliminator has to go on the fabric that holds the smell so it can reach the odor molecules.
- The core is a cyclodextrin odor-trapping agent. Its molecules are shaped like tiny hollow cups that capture smoke, sweat, and pet odor molecules so they stop evaporating, and a small amount of neutralizing agent handles acidic and sulfur odors. Once the fabric dries, the odors are locked away, and a soft ocean scent leaves the room smelling clean rather than odor plus perfume.

Before & after
Before and after (use illustration)
Before: the side of the fabric sofa near the balcony smells of smoke, and the cushions smell of the pet that sleeps there. After: cushions and back misted until damp and dried 15 minutes with a window open, the smoke and pet smells are much weaker, with only a light fresh scent left (shown as an illustrative image).
- Before: a strong smoke smell on one side of the sofa and pet odor on the cushion
- After: smoke and pet odors clearly reduced
- Only a light fresh scent—not heavy perfume

How it works
How Odors Get Locked Away
Cyclodextrin is a ring of glucose units with a water-repelling cavity and a water-loving exterior. Water-repelling odor molecules from smoke, sweat, and pets, such as phenols, fatty acids, and thiols, slip into the cavity and form inclusion complexes with far lower volatility. A neutralizing agent reacts with some acidic odorants so they lose their smell, and surfactants help the spray wet the fibers where odors sit. Once dry, the complexes stay on the fibers and the odor stops releasing.
- Spray the fabric
- Cyclodextrin traps odor molecules
- Neutralizer handles acidic and sulfur odors
- Once dry, odors stop releasing

Where Odor Eliminator & Air Freshener stands out
Odors Live in Fabric; Perfume Only Covers Them
Tar and phenols from smoke, fatty acids and sulfur compounds from pets, and aldehydes from cooking all soak into the fibers of sofas, curtains, and rugs and then slowly release. A perfumed spray just layers a stronger scent over the air, and when it fades the odor is back. An odor eliminator has to go on the fabric that holds the smell so it can reach the odor molecules.
Trap and Neutralize; the Scent Is Just the Finish
The core is a cyclodextrin odor-trapping agent.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Find practical answers about Odor Eliminator & Air Freshener, private label, samples, MOQ, documents, and delivery.
How to use
How do I get smoke smell out of a sofa?
Mist the cushions, back, and arms until damp and let them dry with a window open. For stale smoke, repeat the next day, and treat curtains and rugs too since they hold smoke as well.
How is this different from an air freshener?
Air fresheners add a stronger scent over the odor; this traps and neutralizes odor molecules, so the smell doesn’t return when the scent fades.
Will it handle pet urine smell?
Clean the urine itself first with a pet odor or enzyme cleaner, then use this for lingering odor nearby. Spraying without removing the urine lets the smell come back.
How do I get smoke and musty smells out of a house I just moved into?
Air it out for two or three days, then clean the sources: wash walls and cabinet interiors, launder or replace curtains, and treat any mold spots with a mold stain remover first. After that, spray the sofa, mattress, carpet, and inside cabinets once a day for three to five days; the smell drops noticeably.
Surfaces and common questions
Will it leave marks on fabric?
Most fabrics dry mark-free when lightly misted. Test silk, some rayons, and water-marking fabrics in a hidden spot.
Can I use it in the car?
Yes. Mist seats, mats, and the headliner and dry with windows open. Keep it off screens and electronics.
What should I keep in mind with kids and pets?
Spray fabrics as directed, never directly at people or pets, ventilate the room, and use the fabrics once they're dry. Store the bottle out of reach of children and pets.
The smell comes back after a while. Is it not working?
The source is still there, or it wasn’t sprayed thoroughly. For odor deep in fabric, mist until slightly damp so it reaches the fibers. Clean sources like urine or vomit first, then deodorize.
Can I use it in closets and shoe cabinets?
Yes. Take items out, mist the inside and shoe insoles, and leave the door open to dry before putting things back. On wood interiors, spray a cloth and wipe instead of wetting the wood.
Is it suited to hotel rooms after checkout?
Yes. After cleaning, mist curtains, bed runners, sofas, and carpet and ventilate—the room freshens faster. For heavy smoke, launder fabrics first, then deodorize.
What is the hardest smell to get rid of in a house?
Cigarette smoke and pet urine. Smoke tar soaks into curtains, upholstery, and walls, and urine sinks into carpet and mattress layers, so the smell keeps coming back while the source is there. Clean the source first, wiping smoke film off walls and treating urine stains, then spray fabrics and the room for several days.
Can I use it for fridge odors?
Not inside the fridge; it holds food. Use a pH-neutral refrigerator cleaner and deodorizer instead: toss spoiled food, spray it onto a cloth, wipe the walls, shelves, and door seal, and let it dry before restocking.
Buying and private label
What should we decide first for a private-label odor eliminator & air freshener?
Three things: the odor focus (smoke, pet, or general), the scent range (ocean, tea, unscented), and spray quality, since a fine, drip-free mist makes the experience. Odor eliminators repurchase often; scent and packaging win the shelf.
What are the sample, MOQ, and lead-time terms?
Free samples are usually ready in 3–5 days. Standard MOQ is 500 bottles, and bulk orders are scheduled after packaging and labels are approved.
What can be customized?
All of it: formula direction, scent, fill size (500 mL spray, 1 L refill, and more), mist or foam trigger, label design and language, and ecommerce bundles with the enzyme upholstery cleaner.
Can we test samples first?
Yes, we ship samples first. Test them on sofa fabric swatches with absorbed smoke and pet odor like the ones your customers handle, and record smoke and pet odor reduction, fabric marking, and scent longevity. That tells you more than a before-and-after photo.
Which documents can you provide?
We provide SDS/MSDS, a TDS, and batch COAs, plus bilingual label content for your target market. They aren’t posted publicly; we send them per project on inquiry.
How is private-label pricing quoted?
Pricing is tiered by packaging, trigger or cap, label, and order quantity, starting at the 500-bottle MOQ. Send your target quantity, fill size, and packaging needs, and we’ll quote unit prices by volume tier with sample and lead-time details.
Launching your own Odor Eliminator & Air Freshener?
Send us your market, odor focus, scent range, and estimated volume. We will work through formula, scents, and sprayer with you.
