Pet Odor Eliminator
Enzyme formula · Breaks down the source · Private label
Cat pee on the rug that still smells after cleaning, or a pet bed that reeks? Blot up the urine, spray until it soaks below the stain, wait 10–15 minutes, blot, and air-dry—enzymes break down the source, not just mask it. Private label from 500 bottles.
- Urea in pet urine breaks down quickly into ammonia, while uric acid crystallizes onto fibers and padding. It doesn’t dissolve in water and releases odor again whenever humidity rises, which is why the smell keeps coming back. Pets are extremely sensitive to it and treat it as a marker, returning to go again. So it has to be broken down, not covered up.
- Urine usually spreads wider and deeper than the visible stain. Spray enough to soak the carpet pad or cushion foam beneath, extending past the stain’s edge. Enzymes need moisture and time: wait 10 to 15 minutes, press out the excess, and let it air-dry without a hair dryer. Repeat old, stubborn stains once dry.

Before & after
Before and after (use illustration)
Before: a cat-urine spot on the living-room rug smells strongly up close. After: soaked, left 15 minutes, blotted, and air-dried, the odor is essentially gone and the stain much lighter (shown as an illustrative image).

- After: the odor is essentially gone and the stain lighter
- Air-dry and keep pets off until dry

How it works
How Urine Odor Gets Broken Down
Urine odor comes from urate crystals, proteins, fats, and the ammonia and sulfur compounds bacteria produce. Protease and lipase enzymes, given moisture, cut proteins and fats into small, water-soluble pieces that can be blotted away; uric-acid-targeting components convert and trap urate so it can’t release odor again; and odor neutralizers wrap odor molecules already in the air. Once dry, the source is gone rather than masked.
- Soak through to the pad
- Protease and lipase break down organics
- Urate is broken down and trapped
- Odor source gone
- Air-dry

Where Pet Odor Eliminator stands out
The Smell Returns Because Uric Acid Is Still There
Urea in pet urine breaks down quickly into ammonia, while uric acid crystallizes onto fibers and padding. How to use
Why does pet urine smell come back after cleaning?
Uric acid crystals stay in fibers and padding; they don’t wipe off or dissolve and release odor when it’s humid. Enzymes are needed to break them down.
How much should I use?
Enough to soak the pad or foam beneath, extending past the stain’s edge. Too little treats only the surface.
Can I use it with bleach?
No; bleach and many cleaners deactivate enzymes. If you used something else first, rinse with water and blot.
Why does my house still smell like dogs even after cleaning?
The smell usually lives in soft furnishings that soak up urine, drool, and skin oils: pet beds, rugs, sofas, and curtains. Mopping the floor won't reach it. Wash the bedding and blankets you can; on rugs and sofas, soak the spots where your pets lie or have accidents, let it work 10–15 minutes so the enzymes break down the source, then let it air-dry, and ventilate often.
Surfaces and common questions
Does it work on old stains?
Yes, often over 2 or 3 applications, soaking, waiting, and drying each time.
How do I use it with pets at home?
Use it as directed and keep pets off the treated area until it's fully dry, then let them back in. Cap the bottle and store it where pets can't reach it.
How do I find hidden stains?
Use a UV flashlight in a dark room; urine fluoresces so you can target it.
Why does it smell stronger right after spraying?
As the enzymes start breaking down urine, the odor can briefly spike—that’s normal. Ventilate and let it air-dry; the smell drops once dry. Don’t use heat to speed it up—heat deactivates the enzymes.
My pet keeps going in the same spot. Will this help?
Leftover odor draws pets back to the same place. Treating it fully and letting it dry makes the spot less attractive; combine it with training or moving the litter box.
Is it suited to vet clinics and boarding facilities?
Yes. Soak kennel pads, waiting-room carpet, and upholstered seating, and spray hard kennel surfaces after cleaning. High-output triggers and bulk containers suit heavy use.
Do air purifiers actually eliminate pet odors?
A purifier only treats odor that's already in the air; as long as the source remains, the smell keeps coming back. Pet odor sources are urine spots, bedding, and soft furnishings, which need an enzyme odor eliminator to break down the organic matter. A purifier helps alongside it but can't replace treating the source.
How do I deal with odor around the litter box?
Clear spilled litter and scrape any urine crust, then soak the floor, baseboards, and mats around the box, wait 10–15 minutes, and wipe or air-dry. Empty the box itself, wash it with water, and let it dry. Don't use it with bleach, and never spray it toward your cat.
Buying and private label
What should we decide first for a private-label pet odor eliminator?
Three things: dogs or cats (cat urine is stronger and the formula can be boosted), scent (unscented or light, since pets are sensitive), and channel (pet stores, ecommerce, or vets). Pet channels repurchase heavily, and packaging and story matter.
What are the sample, MOQ, and lead-time terms?
Free samples are usually ready in 3–5 days. Standard MOQ is 500 bottles, and bulk orders are scheduled after packaging and labels are approved.
What can be customized?
All of it: formula direction, scent, fill size (500 mL spray, 1 L refill, and more), mist or foam trigger, label design and language, and ecommerce bundles with a UV flashlight and absorbent cloths.
Can we test samples first?
Yes, we ship samples first. Test them on carpet and upholstery samples with pet urine like the ones your customers handle, and record urine odor removal, odor return on old stains, and effect on carpet and fabric. That tells you more than a before-and-after photo.
Which documents can you provide?
We provide SDS/MSDS, a TDS, and batch COAs, plus bilingual label content for your target market. They aren’t posted publicly; we send them per project on inquiry.
How is private-label pricing quoted?
Pricing is tiered by packaging, trigger or cap, label, and order quantity, starting at the 500-bottle MOQ. Send your target quantity, fill size, and packaging needs, and we’ll quote unit prices by volume tier with sample and lead-time details.
Launching your own Pet Odor Eliminator?
Send us your market, pet type, channel, and estimated volume. We will work through enzyme formula and packaging with you.
