CleenU product solution
Robot Vacuum & Mop Floor Cleaning Solution for Pet Homes
Tackles paw prints · Neutralizes pet odor · Private label
Muddy paw prints at the door after a walk, drool around the food bowl, and a pet smell on the floor? Add 10–20 mL to the clean-water tank and let the robot mop—no rinse—prints and drool come up and pet odor drops noticeably. Private label from 500 bottles.
- Paw pads have sweat glands, so prints carry oil as well as mud; drool contains protein and mucus that dries tacky and shiny; bowls leave fat and food debris; and pets rub skin oil and body odor onto floors. A standard robot solution handles dust and footprints, but these protein and oily marks and pet odor need stronger emulsifying and odor control.
- Pets have sensitive noses, and strong perfume can bother them or even prompt marking elsewhere. This formula is unscented and neutralizes floor odor, and its neutral, low-residue base dries non-slip so pets can run safely. Just keep them off freshly mopped areas until dry.

Before & after
Before and after (use illustration)
Illustration: after a dog walk the entry is covered in muddy prints with drool around the bowl; one robot run with the pet-home solution leaves the dried floor free of prints and drool and the pet smell much lighter.
- Before: muddy paw prints at the entry and drool around the food bowl
- After: prints and drool gone, pet odor noticeably reduced
- Pets can walk on it as soon as it’s dry

How it works
How Pet Soil and Odor Are Handled
On a low-foam nonionic base, the formula boosts wetting and dispersion of oily and protein soils, so paw-print oil and mud and dried drool soften and emulsify for the pad to carry away. Cyclodextrin neutralizers trap pet odor molecules on the floor, a defoamer keeps suds down in the machine, and low solids leave no film or slip once dry.
- Low-foam surfactants emulsify paw oil
- Disperse mud
- Soften drool protein
- Neutralizers trap odor
- Pad lifts it; low-residue drying

Usage guidance
Use guidance

How to use
How is the pet version different?
It’s boosted for paw oil, drool protein, and pet odor and is unscented and just as low-foam.
How do I use it with pets at home?
Dilute it 1:50–1:100, keep pets off the floor while the robot mops and until it's fully dry, then let them walk and lie on it. Cap the concentrate and keep it where pets can't lick it.
Can the robot mop up pet urine?
Don’t let it; it spreads the mess and fouls the pad. Clean up by hand, treat with the Pet Odor Eliminator, then let the robot mop.
Can I put vinegar, bleach, or essential oils in the tank?
Don't. Vinegar is acidic and, used regularly, can wear rubber seals and etch marble and other natural stone floors. Bleach can corrode metal parts, discolor floors, and must never be mixed with other cleaners. Essential oils don't dissolve in water; they coat the lines and pads with an oily film and can swell rubber parts. For a stronger clean, use a low-foam robot solution at the labeled dilution.
Should I put anything in the dirty-water tank?
No. Add the solution only to the clean-water tank or the dock's detergent compartment. The dirty-water tank just collects wastewater; empty, rinse, and air-dry it after each run to keep odors down.
Will it foam and block the filter?
Very little at the labeled dose. Overdosing or mixing with other cleaners can cause foam. If you see foam in the tank, empty it, rinse with clean water, and refill at the right ratio.
Surfaces and common questions
My pet sheds a lot. Will hair clog the robot?
Hair is handled by the brushes and bin, not the solution. With heavy shedding, vacuum or let the robot sweep first, then mop with the solution, and clear hair from the pads and brush roll after each run.
How much should I add, and every day with several pets?
At 1:50–1:100, add 10–20 mL per liter of water; 1 L of solution treats 50–100 L of water, or about 50–100 fills of a 1 L tank. Most dock clean-water tanks hold about 1 L, so that's 10–20 mL per fill; scale up for a larger tank (a 3–4 L tank needs three to four times as much) and down for a smaller one. Another brand's 1:200 doesn't apply here, so follow this label, and with several pets add the normal dose every time, running extra passes on dirty zones instead of doubling.
Does it contain quats or phenols? Is it safe around cats?
It contains no quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) or phenols, the two disinfectant groups most often named in online concerns about cats licking floors, and the pet version has no fragrance. Still, dilute it at 1:50–1:100, let the floor dry before cats and dogs walk or lie on it, and keep the capped concentrate where pets can't lick it. If your cat has kidney disease or another health condition, ask your vet first.
Should I treat the area around food and water bowls separately?
The robot handles it day to day. Pick up dried, crusted food with a paper towel first so it doesn’t get smeared across the floor.
Can I use it in a Roborock, Roomba, Ecovacs, or Dreame robot, or a floor washer like Tineco?
Yes. It's been tested on common models such as Roborock, Roomba, Ecovacs, Dreame, Narwal, and Tineco, with no foam, residue, or water-line issues. Add 10–20 mL to the clean-water tank or the dock's detergent compartment, never the dirty-water tank. If your manual requires the brand's own solution, follow the manual.
Will a non-brand solution affect my warranty?
Warranty terms vary by brand, and some manuals ask for the brand's own solution, so check yours or ask the brand during the warranty period. Brands mainly worry about foam clogging water lines and ingredients wearing seals. This low-foam, pH-neutral (7.0–8.5) concentrate is made to avoid both when used at the labeled dilution.
Does it disinfect?
It's a daily floor cleaner for paw prints, drool marks, and pet odor, and makes no germ-kill claims. Clean up urine and vomit by hand first; where disinfection is needed, use a registered disinfectant labeled for pet areas, per its label.
Why is it unscented, and how do I know pet odor is gone?
Cats and dogs smell far more keenly than we do, and added fragrance can bother them, so the pet version has no fragrance. Cyclodextrin-type odor neutralizers trap and carry pet odor away instead of masking it. To check, smell the spots where your pets lie and walk once the floor is dry; no urine or drool smell means it's handled. A lingering smell usually means urine has soaked into seams, which needs spot treatment before the robot mops.
Why does it feel no different from plain water?
Water lifts loose dust, but footprints, skin oils, and greasy film tracked from the kitchen just smear. The solution loosens that film and light soil, so the difference shows as floors that don't feel tacky and show no mop streaks in raking light, not as a dramatic change. On floors that are already clean, the difference is small; it's most noticeable on greasy footprints, kitchens, and entryways. Keep to the labeled dose rather than cutting it.
Buying and private label
For private label, what do we decide first and what can be customized?
Decide the pet focus (cats, dogs, or both), scent (unscented by default, custom scents available), bottle, and whether to launch alongside the standard version. Formula direction, fill size (such as a 1 L concentrate or dock-compatible refills), measuring cap, label design and language, and bundles with the Pet Odor Eliminator can all be customized.
What are the sample, MOQ, and lead-time terms?
Free samples are usually ready in 3–5 days, and we recommend testing first: try them on floor panels with muddy paw prints and drool and record removal, odor, foam, and slip after mopping. Standard MOQ is 500 bottles, and bulk orders are scheduled after packaging and labels are approved. SDS/MSDS, a TDS, batch COAs, and bilingual label content are sent per project on inquiry.
How is private-label pricing quoted?
Pricing is tiered by packaging, cap, label, and order quantity, starting at the 500-bottle MOQ. Send your target quantity, fill size, and packaging needs, and we’ll quote unit prices by volume tier with sample and lead-time details.
