CleenU product solution
Plastic Cleaner & Restorer
Cleans and restores · Revives faded plastic · Private label
Plastic chairs gone chalky and grey after two years outside? Spray, wait a minute, wipe with microfiber, and buff even—the color comes back close to original with a smooth, non-greasy feel. Also for car trim and PVC frames; private label from 500 bottles.
- UV light breaks polymer chains at the surface, pigments and additives migrate out, and the surface turns microscopically rough, scattering light so it looks white and grey and feels chalky. That isn’t dirt, so washing alone won’t fix it. This cleaner removes dust and chalk first, then restoring agents penetrate the rough texture and even it out so light reflects properly and the color returns.
- Restorers fail when applied unevenly; buildup gets sticky, attracts dust, or looks blotchy. Spray the cloth, spread it out, and buff off the excess with a dry cloth so the surface is dry, not greasy. UV protectants leave a thin shield that slows re-fading; treat outdoor items every 1 to 2 months.

Before & after
Before and after (use illustration)
Before: a dark green chair left outdoors two years is white-grey and chalky on the seat. After: sprayed, wiped, and buffed, the seat is close to its original dark green, even in color, smooth, and not sticky.

- After: close to the original dark green, even color
- Buffed dry, smooth and not greasy or sticky

How it works
How Faded Plastic Regains Color
Aged plastic is covered in micro-cracks and chalky particles that scatter light. Mild surfactants first carry away dust and loose chalk. Silicone or polymer restoring agents with a refractive index close to the plastic then fill the micro-cracks, reducing scatter so the color looks deeper and richer, and UV absorbers form a thin protective layer that slows further aging.
- Surfactants remove dust and chalk
- Restoring agents fill weathered micro-cracks
- Smoother surface reflects properly
- UV protectants shield

Usage guidance
Use guidance

Where Plastic Cleaner & Restorer stands out
Faded Plastic Is Surface Roughened by the Sun
UV light breaks polymer chains at the surface, pigments and additives migrate out, and the surface turns microscopically rough, scattering light so it looks white and grey and feels chalky. That isn’t dirt, so washing alone won’t fix it. This cleaner removes dust and chalk first, then restoring agents penetrate the rough texture and even it out so light reflects properly and the color returns.
Spread Evenly and Buff Dry for Longer Results
Restorers fail when applied unevenly; buildup gets sticky, attracts dust, or looks blotchy. Spray the cloth, spread it out, and buff off the excess with a dry cloth so the surface is dry, not greasy. UV protectants leave a thin shield that slows re-fading; treat outdoor items every 1 to 2 months.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Find practical answers about Plastic Cleaner & Restorer, private label, samples, MOQ, documents, and delivery.
How to use
Can faded plastic chairs get their color back?
Mostly, yes. Clean then restore and the color deepens and evens out. Brittle, cracked plastic will only look better.
Is it good for black car trim?
Yes, on bumpers, mirror housings, and door trim. Keep off the windshield and brakes, and buff dry.
Will it feel greasy?
Not if you buff off the excess; stickiness usually means too much product left on.
How does a plastic restorer work?
It cleans and restores in one step. Mild surfactants lift dust and the chalky oxidized layer, then silicone-type conditioners spread into the sun-roughened surface so the color reads deeper and more even, and UV absorbers help slow the next round of fading. Spray, wait about a minute, wipe, and buff with a dry cloth.
Can it restore yellowed white plastic?
No. It deepens and evens out faded, chalky plastic, which shows best on dark trim and outdoor furniture, but yellowing in white plastic is a change in the material itself that a restorer can't reverse. It's fine for routine cleaning of white plastic; try a hidden spot first to see how the finish looks.
Surfaces and common questions
How long does it last?
Usually 1 to 2 months outdoors in sun, longer indoors. Reapply when it lightens.
Can I use it on steps or pedals?
No; it makes surfaces slicker, so avoid anything that needs grip.
Do I need to wash first?
Rinse off heavy dust first; light dust can be cleaned by the product itself.
The color came out patchy.
Uneven amounts or not enough buffing. Buff the whole surface again with a clean dry cloth, and add a little more to light areas—two thin coats look more even than one heavy one.
Will rain wash it off?
Once dry, light rain won’t remove it right away, but sun and weather fade it over time. Let it dry fully before rain, and reapply every month or two outdoors.
Can I use it on AC units and appliance housings?
Yes, to clean dust and chalking on the outer shell—power off first. Keep it off vents, grilles, and wiring; spray a cloth and wipe the housing.
Buying and private label
What should we decide first for a private-label plastic cleaner & restorer?
Three things: home-and-garden or car-care channel (car care wants deep black), finish level (natural matte or gloss), and whether to pair with the plastic furniture cleaner as a wash-and-restore kit.
What are the sample, MOQ, and lead-time terms?
Free samples are usually ready in 3–5 days. Standard MOQ is 500 bottles, and bulk orders are scheduled after packaging and labels are approved.
What can be customized?
All of it: formula direction, scent, fill size (500 mL spray, 1 L refill, and more), mist or foam trigger, label design and language, and ecommerce bundles with an applicator and microfiber.
Can we test samples first?
Yes, we ship samples first. Test them on sun-faded patio chair and car trim samples like the ones your customers handle, and record color recovery on faded plastic, tackiness, and durability. That tells you more than a before-and-after photo.
Which documents can you provide?
We provide SDS/MSDS, a TDS, and batch COAs, plus bilingual label content for your target market. They aren’t posted publicly; we send them per project on inquiry.
How is private-label pricing quoted?
Pricing is tiered by packaging, trigger or cap, label, and order quantity, starting at the 500-bottle MOQ. Send your target quantity, fill size, and packaging needs, and we’ll quote unit prices by volume tier with sample and lead-time details.
