CleenU product solution
Smoke Odor Eliminator
Traps smoke molecules · Fresh citrus · Private label
Guests leave, the smoke smell stays in curtains, cushions, and bedding? Mist fabric until just damp, spray upward a few times, and ventilate 15 minutes to cut the smoke odor itself. Factory-direct private label.
- Tar and odor molecules from smoke lodge in curtains, sofas, and carpet. Airing out clears what's in the air, but fabric keeps releasing it, so you can smell it days later. This spray mists onto fabric, cyclodextrin traps the smoke molecules, and zinc ricinoleate binds sulfur and nitrogen compounds, cutting the smell itself.
- Smoke in fabric drops noticeably after a few treatments; walls and ceilings already yellowed with tar need washing or repainting. Keep it off leather, silk, and solid wood. For hotel turnovers, pair it with ventilation and fresh linens for the best results.

How it works
How smoke molecules get locked up
Smoke odor comes from aromatic compounds, nitrogen-containing pyridines, and sulfur volatiles in tar, held in fabric fibers and slowly released. Cyclodextrin's oil-loving cavity traps aromatic odor molecules, zinc ricinoleate binds nitrogen and sulfur groups, mild surfactants help the actives reach into fabric, and ventilation clears what's left in the air.
- Mist fabric until damp
- Cyclodextrin traps smoke
- Zinc ricinoleate binds odor
- Spray upward into the room
- Ventilate 15 minutes

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Find practical answers about Smoke Odor Eliminator, private label, samples, MOQ, documents, and delivery.
Product, use, and procurement
Why is smoke smell so hard to get rid of?
Tar and odor molecules lodge in curtains, sofas, and carpet. Airing out clears some of what's in the air, but fabric keeps releasing it. Treat the fabric and the smell drops noticeably.
Can it fully clear a heavy smoker's room?
Fabric odor drops noticeably. Walls and ceilings already yellowed with tar need washing or repainting for a full fix.
How fast can we get samples and a first order?
Free samples ship in 3–5 days. MOQ is 500 bottles, and production is scheduled once packaging and labels are approved.
Product usage questions
How do I use it?
Mist curtains, sofas, and carpet lightly from about 12 inches until just damp, spray a few times upward into the room, and ventilate 15 minutes.
When shouldn't I use it?
Don't spray leather, silk, or solid wood; yellowed tar on walls and ceilings from years of smoking needs washing or repainting.
Does it work on barbecue and cooking smoke?
Yes. Clothes and curtains smell noticeably better after a light mist and drying.
Can I use it on clothes?
Yes, hang them, mist lightly, and air-dry; skip silk and leather.
Can I use it in a car?
On seat fabric and carpet, yes; long-term smoking in a car also calls for a new cabin filter.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Within 15 minutes of ventilating; treat heavy smoke again the next day.
What should I keep in mind with pregnant women and kids at home?
Use it with a few conditions: spray when people and pets are out of the room, open windows afterward, and come back once the scent has cleared. Never spray toward people, baby items, or food. If someone is pregnant or sensitive to scent, have another household member apply it, and store the bottle out of children's reach.
Can hotels use it?
Yes. Spray curtains, bedding, and carpet after checkout and air the room before the next guest.
Will it affect walls?
Don't spray walls directly; use Wall Stain Remover on smoke stains.
Can I use it with air freshener?
You can, but it isn't needed; this treats the odor source.
Why do I keep smelling smoke after airing out the room?
The smell is coming back out of your fabrics. Tar and odor molecules settle into curtains, upholstery, and carpet and keep releasing long after the air clears. Mist those fabrics lightly until just damp, then ventilate for 15 minutes; repeat the next day for heavy smoke.
What's the best order for getting smoke smell out of a house?
Start with the fabrics, then ventilate, then deal with the walls. Treat curtains, sofas, carpet, and bedding room by room, since they hold the most odor. Walls and ceilings already yellowed by tar need washing or repainting; spray alone won't fix them.
Is a smoke odor eliminator just an air freshener?
No. An air freshener mostly masks the smell with fragrance in the air, while this spray goes on the fabrics where smoke odor actually lives. Once the fragrance fades, untreated fabric keeps releasing smoke smell. Mist the fabrics, then air out the room.
