CleenU product solution
Wrinkle Release Spray
No iron needed · Tug and smooth · Private label
Creased shirt or a suitcase full of wrinkles? Hang it, mist until slightly damp, tug the hem and smooth, and let it hang 5–10 minutes. No iron needed. Factory-direct private label.
- Wrinkles are hydrogen bonds in the fiber that set while the fabric was folded. Mist the garment until slightly damp, softening agents and lubricants help the fibers slide, and a tug and smooth let gravity and tension straighten them. As it dries, the fabric sets flat, and a little alcohol speeds that up.
- Everyday wrinkles, closet creases, and suitcase folds are what the spray handles. For crisp trouser creases or a sharp collar, an iron or steamer still wins. Silk, rayon, and acetate can water-spot, so test an inside seam and let it dry first.

Before & after
Before and after (illustration)
Before: a cotton shirt out of a suitcase has sharp square creases across the front and sleeves. After: hung, misted until damp, tugged and smoothed, and left 8 minutes, the creases are essentially gone and the shirt is ready to wear.
- Before: square creases on front and sleeves
- Misted, tugged, hung 8 minutes
- Creases essentially gone

How it works
How wrinkles get pulled out
Cotton and linen hold their shape with hydrogen bonds; folded under pressure and humidity, new bonds form and the wrinkle sets. Moisture in the spray opens those bonds, softening surfactants and lubricants reduce fiber friction, and tugging straightens the fibers. Alcohol speeds evaporation, and as water leaves, the bonds reform flat.
- Hang the garment
- Mist until slightly damp
- Moisture opens hydrogen bonds
- Tug the hem, smooth wrinkles
- Hang 5–10 minutes to dry

Usage guidance
Use guidance
- Hang the garment and mist from 8–12 inches until slightly damp, not soaked.
- Pull the hem down with one hand and smooth wrinkles with the other.
- Let it hang 5–10 minutes. For curtains, spray as they hang and pull straight; for sheets, mist on the bed and smooth.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Find practical answers about Wrinkle Release Spray, private label, samples, MOQ, documents, and delivery.
Product, use, and procurement
How does wrinkle release spray work?
Moisture loosens the hydrogen bonds that hold a wrinkle in fabric, and the softening agents help fibers slide. Mist until slightly damp, tug and smooth, and the fibers relax back into place as they dry.
Can it replace an iron?
For everyday wrinkles and suitcase creases, yes. For crisp trouser creases or a sharp collar, use an iron or steamer.
Will it leave water spots?
Not on cotton, polyester, or blends. Silk, rayon, and acetate can water-spot, so test an inside seam and let it dry before you go further.
What should we decide first for a private-label wrinkle spray?
Size, scent, and claim. A home bottle or a TSA-friendly travel size (business and travel channels want small bottles), laundry-fresh, fragrance-free, or a light fragrance, and whether to pitch it as wrinkle release plus odor refresh.
How fast can we get samples and a first order?
Free samples ship in 3–5 days. MOQ is 500 bottles, and production is scheduled once packaging and labels are approved.
Isn't wrinkle release spray just water or fabric softener?
No. Water relaxes the fibers, and the softening agents in this formula help them slide back into place as they dry. Homemade softener mixes are hard to get right: too strong and they can mark dark fabric or feel tacky, too weak and you're basically spraying water. This formula has no powder, so it dries without white marks.
Product usage questions
How do I get the best result?
Hang the garment, mist from 8–12 inches until slightly damp, pull the hem down with one hand and smooth with the other, and let it hang 5–10 minutes.
Will it leave white marks on dark clothes?
No. There's no powder in the formula, so nothing is left behind. If you spray too heavily, let it dry fully before wearing.
Can I use it on curtains and sheets?
Yes. Spray curtains as they hang and pull them straight; mist sheets on the bed and smooth them.
Is it irritating?
Spray it on fabric, not toward your face or eyes. Sensitive users can choose the fragrance-free version.
Can I use it on suits and shirts?
Yes. Hang the garment, mist from 8–12 inches until just damp, smooth it, and let it hang a few minutes.
Can I use it on silk?
Test a hidden spot first to make sure it doesn't water-spot.
Can I fly with it?
Travel sizes can go in carry-on under airline liquid rules.
Does it work on linen and jeans?
Yes, but heavier fabrics need more spray and a firmer tug. Denim and linen won't relax if only the surface gets damp, so mist the whole wrinkled area until slightly damp, pull it straight, and let it hang dry. Linen will look smooth but not pressed; use an iron when you need a crisp finish.
Can I use it on satin?
Test a hidden spot first. Satin can be polyester, which takes a light mist well, or silk or acetate, which can water-spot. Mist an inside seam, let it dry fully, and only spray the visible side if no mark shows.
OEM/ODM customization questions
What can we customize?
Formula direction (wrinkle release or wrinkle-and-odor two-in-one), scent, fill size (300 mL home, 3 oz travel, and more), label design and language, and travel kits.
How should we test samples?
Crease a cotton shirt, linen pants, and a poly-blend jacket the same way and compare: record how flat they get, drying time, any water spots, and how long the scent lasts. That tells you more than a before-and-after photo.
What paperwork comes with a private-label order?
Documents such as SDS/MSDS, TDS, COA, and label copy for your target market are prepared per project. We confirm which ones your order includes when we quote.
