CleenU product solution
Glass Cleaner
Ammonia-free · Fast-drying · Private label
Dust film, rain streaks, and kitchen-window haze that smear the more you wipe? Mist lightly, wipe with microfiber, and buff dry; it flashes off in seconds for clear glass with fewer streaks. Ammonia-free with a light odor; private label from 500 bottles.
- Outside, rain wets airborne dust, and when the water evaporates the dust and impurities stay behind as gray streaks. Windows near the kitchen pick up a thin film of cooking haze, and patio doors and glass tables collect skin oil and pet nose prints. Water moves the loose dust but smears the oily part into haze. This cleaner's surfactants and fast-drying solvents handle oily and water-based soil together, and its mild alkalinity loosens cooking film, so one pass clears it.
- Streaks usually mean the cleaner evaporates too slowly and leaves residue, so the cloth marks stay behind. Ethanol and propylene glycol ether flash off within seconds of wiping, and the low solids leave almost nothing behind. There's no ammonia, so you skip the sharp smell of ammonia glass cleaners and lower the risk of clouding window film.

Before & after
Before and after (use illustration)
Before: the outside of a living-room slider has a gray dust film and rain streaks, and the lower inside is covered in fingerprints and pet nose prints that look hazy against the light. After: misted, wiped with microfiber, and buffed dry, the glass is clear with no obvious streaks or cloth marks against the light.
- Before: dust film and rain streaks outside, prints and nose marks inside
- After: clear glass with no obvious streaks against the light
- Dries in seconds, ready to use

How it works
Why the Glass Dries Clear
Window soil is oily (cooking haze, skin oil) mixed with water-based grime (dust, rain residue). Surfactants lower surface tension so the cleaner spreads evenly instead of beading, and they carry dust particles away. Mild alkalinity loosens cooking film, while ethanol and propylene glycol ether dissolve oil and evaporate fast. With very low solids, almost nothing is left behind, so streaks are rare.
- Dissolve mixed soil
- Surfactants spread
- Mild alkali loosens film
- Fast-drying, low residue

Where Glass Cleaner stands out
Window Film Is Dust, Rain, and Cooking Haze Dried Together
Outside, rain wets airborne dust, and when the water evaporates the dust and impurities stay behind as gray streaks.
Fast-Drying, Fewer Streaks, No Ammonia Smell
Streaks usually mean the cleaner evaporates too slowly and leaves residue, so the cloth marks stay behind. Ethanol and propylene glycol ether flash off within seconds of wiping, and the low solids leave almost nothing behind. There's no ammonia, so you skip the sharp smell of ammonia glass cleaners and lower the risk of clouding window film.

Why choose CleenU for Glass Cleaner?
From product positioning and samples to packaging and repeat supply, CleenU supports OEM/ODM projects built around Glass Cleaner.
Drying speed and residue tuned together
The keys are evaporation rate and solids: too slow leaves water marks, too many solids leave streaks. We tune for the climate and humidity of your market.
Ammonia-free formula
Mild alkali and fast-drying solvents replace ammonia, for a lighter odor and less risk of clouding window film.
Sample reviews with clear criteria
Review samples on your dirty windows or glass panels against clear points: streaking, drying time, removal of dust film and prints, and odor.
Light citrus or unscented
Light citrus suits household retail; property cleaning and baby-care channels often want unscented.
Labels and documents
We supply bilingual labels, SDS/MSDS, TDS, and batch COAs, with keep-from-flames and not-for-screens notes on the label, and can arrange third-party testing for your market.
Consistent supply and reorders
Each batch is retained and ships with a COA, so reorders match in color, scent, and feel.

How to use
How do I clean windows without streaks?
Brush or wipe loose dust off the frame and glass first, mist lightly, wipe in one direction with a clean microfiber cloth, then buff the edges with a second dry cloth. Clean on an overcast day or out of direct sun so the glass stays cool and the cleaner doesn't dry before you wipe it.
Should I spray the glass or the cloth?
On big panes, mist the glass directly for speed. Near seals, wood frames, and window-film edges, spray the cloth instead so liquid doesn't seep into gaps.
The outside of my windows is filthy. Can I spray straight on?
Rinse or wipe off mud spots and heavy dust first, then polish with this cleaner. Spraying onto thick dust turns it into muddy water that smears.
Squeegee or cloth for large windows?
A squeegee is faster on patio doors and big panes: wet the glass, pull top to bottom in an S pattern, wipe the blade after each pass, and dry the edges with a cloth. A microfiber cloth is fine for small panes and tables.
Surfaces and common questions
Ammonia vs. ammonia-free glass cleaner: what's the difference?
Ammonia cuts grease fast but smells strong and can cloud or bubble window film. This formula is ammonia-free and relies on fast-drying solvents and surfactants to lift dust and prints, so the odor is lighter for everyday home use.
Can I use it on tinted or filmed windows?
Yes, after a spot test on a corner of the film to check for clouding or bubbling. Spray the cloth rather than the glass so liquid doesn't creep under the film edge.
Why do I get streaks or rainbow haze?
Usually too much spray, a cloth carrying oil or fabric softener, or cleaning in direct sun. Use less, switch to a clean microfiber cloth, and buff with a second dry one.
Will it clear the white haze on shower glass?
Everyday prints and water spots, yes. A white haze you can feel is scale and soap scum, which this won't dissolve. Treat it with a bathroom cleaner or descaler first, then use this for upkeep.
Can I clean my TV, laptop, or phone screen with it?
Not recommended. Screens and eyeglass lenses have anti-glare and oleophobic coatings that alcohol cleaners can damage. Use a dedicated screen cleaner.
How is it different from your Bathroom Mirror Cleaner?
The mirror cleaner targets toothpaste flecks and skincare splatter with a near-neutral formula. This one targets dust film, rain streaks, and kitchen-window cooking haze on windows and glass doors, with a mildly alkaline formula that cuts grime faster. Both are ammonia-free.
Buying and private label
What should we decide first for a private-label glass cleaner?
Three things: household retail or property and janitorial use, a 500 mL spray line alone or with a 5 L refill, and light citrus or unscented. Glass cleaners win or lose on clarity and streaks.
What are the sample, MOQ, and lead-time terms?
Free samples are usually ready in 3–5 days. Standard MOQ is 500 bottles, and bulk orders are scheduled after packaging and labels are approved.
What can be customized?
Formula direction, scent, fill size (500 mL spray, 1 L refill, 5 L refill jug, and more), mist or foam trigger, label design and language, and ecommerce bundles with a squeegee or microfiber cloths.
Can we test samples first?
Yes, we ship samples first. Test them on the kind of dirty windows or glass panels your customers deal with and record streaking, drying time, removal of dust film and prints, and odor. That tells you more than a before-and-after photo.
Which documents can you provide?
We provide SDS/MSDS, a TDS, and batch COAs, plus bilingual label content for your target market. They aren't posted publicly; we send them per project on inquiry.
How is private-label pricing quoted?
Pricing is tiered by packaging, trigger, label, and order quantity, starting at the 500-bottle MOQ. Send your target quantity, fill size, and packaging needs, and we'll quote unit prices by volume tier with sample and lead-time details.
Launching your own Glass Cleaner?
Send us your market, household or janitorial channel, sizes, and estimated volume. We will work through formula and packaging with you.
