CleenU product solution
Burnt Cookware Cleaner
Clinging gel for burnt-on food · Less scrubbing · Private label
Scorched pot bottom and years of baked-on grease around the outside? Once the pan is cool, coat the gel on, wait 15–30 minutes, scrub with a scouring pad, and rinse; repeat on stubborn spots. Factory-direct private label.
- Scorched food and repeatedly heated oil carbonize and polymerize into hard, black deposits bonded to the pan. Dish soap only takes the surface grease, and steel wool scratches. This gel clings to the deposits while alkaline builders slowly soften the carbonized grease and burnt food, so a scouring pad can finish the job.
- This is a strongly alkaline gel that corrodes aluminum and damages nonstick coatings, so use it only on stainless, cast iron (mind the seasoning), and enamel. Wear gloves, keep it off skin and out of eyes, never use it on a hot pan, and wash normally after rinsing.

Before & after
Before and after (illustration)
Before: a stainless stockpot with scorched oatmeal welded to the bottom and a yellow-black grease ring outside. After: coated once cool, left 30 minutes, scrubbed, and rinsed, the burnt bottom and outside grease are mostly gone and the stainless shines again.

- Burnt food and grease mostly gone

How it works
How burnt-on deposits soften
Cookware buildup is resin-like polymerized oil plus carbonized sugar, starch, and protein. Strong alkali saponifies and hydrolyzes the oil polymers, breaking the deposit apart; nonionic surfactants work into the interface between deposit and metal, chelators tie up hard-water ions, and thickeners hold the gel on vertical walls for longer contact.
- Let the pan cool
- Coat with gel
- Wait 15–30 minutes
- Alkali saponifies and softens
- Scrub and rinse

Where Burnt Cookware Cleaner stands out
Why burnt-on food is so stubborn
Scorched food and repeatedly heated oil carbonize and polymerize into hard, black deposits bonded to the pan. Dish soap only takes the surface grease, and steel wool scratches. This gel clings to the deposits while alkaline builders slowly soften the carbonized grease and burnt food, so a scouring pad can finish the job.
Not for aluminum or nonstick
This is a strongly alkaline gel that corrodes aluminum and damages nonstick coatings, so use it only on stainless, cast iron (mind the seasoning), and enamel. Wear gloves, keep it off skin and out of eyes, never use it on a hot pan, and wash normally after rinsing.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Find practical answers about Burnt Cookware Cleaner, private label, samples, MOQ, documents, and delivery.
Product, use, and procurement
Can I use it on nonstick pans?
No. The high-alkaline formula and steel wool damage nonstick coatings. Soak a burnt nonstick pan in warm water and use a soft sponge.
Why does it need to sit so long?
Burnt-on grease is layered carbon, and alkali needs time to soak in and saponify it. Give it the time and scrubbing gets much easier.
How fast can we get samples and a first order?
Free samples ship in 3–5 days. MOQ is 500 bottles, and production is scheduled once packaging and labels are approved.
Product usage questions
How do I use it?
Let cookware cool, coat it with gel, wait 15–30 minutes (cover with plastic wrap overnight for heavy buildup), scrub with steel wool or a stiff sponge, and rinse.
When shouldn't I use it?
Not for nonstick interiors, aluminum, or copper; wear gloves and keep it off skin and eyes.
Can I use it on cast iron?
It removes buildup but also strips seasoning, so re-oil and season afterward.
Can I use it on sheet pans?
Stainless and enamel pans, yes; skip aluminum and coated pans.
What if one round doesn't get it all?
Rinse, coat again, and let it sit 30 minutes or longer.
Does it leave residue?
Not after a rinse and a normal wash with dish soap.
Can it clean a blackened aluminum pot?
No. Use an aluminum-specific cleaner on aluminum.
Can I use it on enamel pots?
Yes, use as directed and test a small area first. Coat the scorch, let it sit, and wipe with a soft sponge.
Can I use it on stove grates?
Yes. Coat cast iron or stainless grates, let sit, scrub, and rinse.
How much do I need?
Usually 10–20 mL for one pot bottom, enough to cover the burnt area.
Can I use it on a ceramic pan with burnt food?
No, not on ceramic-coated or other nonstick pans. The high-alkaline gel and the steel wool it's paired with can damage the coating. Soak a burnt coated pan in warm water and work the residue off with a soft sponge.
Will it remove the rainbow or brown stains on my stainless steel pan?
It's built for black, carbonized grease and food, not heat tint. A rainbow or bluish sheen is a color change in the metal's surface layer from high heat, so a degreasing gel won't change it much. For crusted brown or black buildup, coat it, let it sit 15–30 minutes (overnight under plastic wrap for heavy layers), then scrub with steel wool and rinse.
