Patio Paver Cleaner
Alkaline, penetrating · Evens paver color · Private label
Grease spots, wine stains, and muddy prints on the pavers by the grill? Sweep, wet, pour on a 1:5 mix, wait 10 minutes, scrub with a push broom, and rinse—once dry, the color is even. Also for pool decks; private label from 500 bottles.
- Garden paths mostly collect leaves and algae; driveways mostly collect oil. A lived-in patio collects everything: grill grease, sugary drinks, muddy prints, leaf marks, and dust. Alkaline builders saponify the grease, surfactants disperse particles and color, and a chelating agent keeps hard-water minerals from binding to the soil, so one scrub takes it all.
- Wet the pavers, apply the diluted cleaner evenly, and keep it wet for 10 minutes; then scrub back and forth with a deck brush or floor machine, working grease spots a little longer. Rinse along the joints rather than blasting into them so the sand stays put. By a pool, rinse thoroughly and keep runoff out of the water.

Before & after
Before and after (use illustration)
Before: pavers by the grill are covered in dark grease spots, wine stains, and muddy prints, and look grey overall. After: 10 minutes at 1:5, a deck-brush scrub, rinse, and drying leave the spots and stains largely gone and the color even.
- Before: grease spots, wine stains, and muddy prints by the grill
- After: marks clearly lifted and even paver color
- Scrubbed and rinsed without washing out joint sand

How it works
How Mixed Soil Scrubs Out in One Pass
Patio soil is fats, sugars and pigments, particles, and some organic matter. Alkaline builders saponify fats into water-soluble soap; surfactants lower surface tension, enter the pores, and disperse particles and color; sugars dissolve in water; and a chelating agent binds hard-water minerals so they don’t form new deposits with soap and soil. A deck brush works the loosened soil out and water carries it off.
- Alkali saponifies fats
- Surfactants disperse particles and color
- Chelator prevents redeposition
- Scrub and rinse

Garden paths mostly collect leaves and algae; driveways mostly collect oil.
Keep It Wet for 10 Minutes, Scrub, Then Rinse

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Find practical answers about Patio Paver Cleaner, private label, samples, MOQ, documents, and delivery.
How to use
How do I clean grill grease off pavers?
Apply at 1:2 on the spots, wait 10 minutes, scrub hard, and rinse; repeat old spots once.
Can I use it around a pool?
Yes. Keep runoff out of the pool and rinse the deck thoroughly.
This or the Garden Paver Cleaner?
Choose this for everyday patio soil like grease, drinks, and mud; choose the garden product for leaf stains and green growth on paths.
What's the best way to clean patio pavers with it?
Dilute 1:5 with water (1:2 for heavy soil), apply, and keep the surface wet while the soil loosens. Scrub with a stiff deck brush, then rinse along the joints rather than blasting into them so the joint sand stays put. Keep runoff out of the pool water, lawns, and plants, and keep it off aluminum.
Surfaces and common questions
Will it wash out joint sand?
The cleaner won’t; the rinse might. Rinse along the joints and don’t blast into them.
Will it remove wine stains?
Fresh ones mostly; long-dried stains may leave a faint mark that lightens with repeat treatment.
How often should I clean?
Monthly in season, plus spot cleaning after parties.
What should I do first with a fresh wine or juice spill?
Blot it up with paper towels—don’t hose it and spread it. Then pour on the diluted cleaner, wait 10 minutes, and scrub. The less it soaks in, the easier it lifts.
Joint sand washed out. Should I refill it?
Yes. Once the pavers are dry, sweep dry fine sand or polymeric sand into the joints. Missing sand lets pavers shift and weeds grow.
How much area does one jug cover?
At 1:5, a 3.78 L jug makes about 22 L of solution; at roughly 20–30 m² per liter of concentrate, that is enough for a whole patio or pool deck. For small spot jobs, choose the 1 L concentrate bottle.
Can I use it on natural stone pavers?
Test a hidden spot first. It's an alkaline cleaner made for concrete pavers, brick, and patio tile; untested marble and limestone are on the do-not-use list. Dilute 1:5, scrub, rinse, let it dry, and check for dulling or blotchy color before doing the whole patio.
Buying and private label
What should we decide first for a private-label patio paver cleaner?
Three things: concentrate sizes (500 mL, 1 L, 5 L), home or hospitality and pool service, and whether to pair with the sealer as clean-and-protect.
What are the sample, MOQ, and lead-time terms?
Free samples are usually ready in 3–5 days. Standard MOQ is 500 bottles, and bulk orders are scheduled after packaging and labels are approved.
What can be customized?
All of it: formula direction, scent, fill size (3.78 L jug, 1 L, 5 L, and more), cap and dosing format, label design and language, and ecommerce bundles with the patio sealer and a deck brush.
Can we test samples first?
Yes, we ship samples first. Test them on patio paver samples with grease and drink stains like the ones your customers handle, and record removal of grease, drink stains, and mud, and color evenness. That tells you more than a before-and-after photo.
Which documents can you provide?
We provide SDS/MSDS, a TDS, and batch COAs, plus bilingual label content for your target market. They aren’t posted publicly; we send them per project on inquiry.
How is private-label pricing quoted?
Pricing is tiered by packaging, cap type, label, and order quantity, starting at the 500-bottle MOQ. Send your target quantity, fill size, and packaging needs, and we’ll quote unit prices by volume tier with sample and lead-time details.
