Patio & Driveway Cleaner
Lifts motor oil · Removes tire marks · Private label
A black oil stain in the parking spot and tire marks down the driveway? Blot fresh oil, cover with concentrate for 15–30 minutes, scrub hard, and rinse; repeat 2–3 times on old stains and they fade clearly. Private label from 500 bottles.
- Concrete acts like a sponge: oil wicks several millimeters into the pores, and although the surface looks dry, the dark patch stays. A cleaner has to get in there and emulsify the oil into droplets water can carry, then scrubbing works it out of the pores. That’s why oil spots get neat product and 15 to 30 minutes, and old stains get several passes, lighter each time.
- Blot fresh drips with cat litter, sawdust, or absorbent pads first; the more you lift, the less soaks in. Never hose it first, which spreads the oil. For tire marks and traffic grime across the whole driveway, mix 1:5 and scrub with a deck brush or floor machine, which is more thorough than a pressure washer alone.

Before & after
Before and after (use illustration)
Before: a palm-sized black oil patch and tire marks in the middle of a garage spot. After: covered neat for 30 minutes, scrubbed, rinsed, and repeated twice, the patch is much lighter, close to the surrounding concrete, and the tire marks are gone.

- After: the stain is much lighter, close to the surrounding concrete
- Tire marks scrub off; repeat on old stains

How it works
How Oil Leaves the Pores
Concrete oil stains are mostly mineral engine oil, plus vegetable oil and brake fluid. Surfactants lower the oil-water interfacial tension to emulsify mineral oil into droplets, strong alkali saponifies vegetable oils and esters into water-soluble soaps, and solvent helps penetrate and dissolve thickened old oil. Scrubbing brings the emulsion out of the pores and water carries it away.
- Penetrate pores
- Surfactants emulsify oil
- Strong alkali saponifies vegetable oils and esters
- Scrubbing draws it out
- Water rinses away

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Find practical answers about Patio & Driveway Cleaner, private label, samples, MOQ, documents, and delivery.
How to use
Can garage oil stains be fully removed?
Fresh stains, largely yes; years-old patches lighten markedly, usually over 2 or 3 treatments.
What do I do first with a fresh drip?
Blot it with cat litter, sawdust, or pads, don’t hose it, then treat with neat cleaner.
Can I use it on asphalt?
No. Asphalt is petroleum-based, and the cleaner can soften and fade it.
How do I get old oil spots off a driveway, step by step?
Sweep away grit and keep the surface dry. Pour the concentrate straight onto the stain to cover it, let it sit 15–30 minutes to emulsify the oil that has soaked in, scrub back and forth with a stiff brush, and rinse with plenty of water. If an old stain fades but still shows, let it dry and repeat. Avoid midday sun; letting it dry on the concrete weakens the result.
Surfaces and common questions
Do I need a pressure washer?
No; a stiff brush works. A pressure washer just makes rinsing faster.
Will it harm my lawn or car?
It can; it’s strongly alkaline. Keep it off lawns, plants, and car paint, and rinse any splashes right away.
How much does a bottle cover?
At 1:5, 1 L covers about 15 to 25 m²; neat on oil spots depending on size.
The stain spread into a ring after scrubbing.
Loosened oil wasn’t rinsed away fast enough and soaked back into the concrete. Flush with plenty of water right after scrubbing to carry it away, and scrub from the outside in on the next round.
Can the rinse water go down the storm drain?
Avoid it where possible. Soak up most of the oil with absorbent or cat litter before scrubbing, and direct rinse water away from lawns and storm drains per local rules.
Is it suited to parking lots and gas stations?
Yes. Dilute 1:5 for a floor scrubber or rotary brush and pretreat heavy stalls with concentrate. Bulk concentrate keeps cost down.
How do I clean a dark garage floor with tire marks?
For large areas, dilute 1:5, spread it with a sprayer or mop, wait a few minutes, scrub with a push broom or floor scrubber, and rinse; pre-treat tire marks and oil spots with the concentrate. Keep rinse water off lawns and flower beds, and keep it away from aluminum or galvanized door frames and car paint.
Can I use it on a concrete patio or sidewalk?
Yes. Concrete patios, sidewalks, and parking spaces are all covered. Wash the whole area at 1:5 and spot-treat oil with the concentrate. Don't use it on natural stone pavers or asphalt; the strong alkali can damage stone and soften asphalt.
Buying and private label
What should we decide first for a private-label patio & driveway cleaner?
Three things: home garages or repair shops and lots, sizes (1 L, 5 L, 20 L), and whether to pair with oil absorbent as an absorb-and-clean kit.
What are the sample, MOQ, and lead-time terms?
Free samples are usually ready in 3–5 days. Standard MOQ is 500 bottles, and bulk orders are scheduled after packaging and labels are approved.
What can be customized?
All of it: formula direction, scent, fill size (3.78 L jug, 1 L, 5 L, 20 L, and more), cap and dosing format, label design and language, and ecommerce bundles with oil absorbent and a deck brush.
Can we test samples first?
Yes, we ship samples first. Test them on concrete samples with engine-oil stains like the ones your customers handle, and record fading of new and old oil stains, tire-mark removal, and effect on colored concrete. That tells you more than a before-and-after photo.
Which documents can you provide?
We provide SDS/MSDS, a TDS, and batch COAs, plus bilingual label content for your target market. They aren’t posted publicly; we send them per project on inquiry.
How is private-label pricing quoted?
Pricing is tiered by packaging, cap type, label, and order quantity, starting at the 500-bottle MOQ. Send your target quantity, fill size, and packaging needs, and we’ll quote unit prices by volume tier with sample and lead-time details.
