CleenU product solution
Plush Toy Cleaner
Waterless dry foam · No soaking the whole toy · Private label
Your child's favorite stuffed animal is covered in drool and milk spots, and the one with a voice box can't be washed? Pump foam onto the stain, brush gently with the nap, wait 3–5 minutes, blot the foam up with a damp towel, and cool-air dry or air-dry before brushing the fur. Factory-direct private label.
- Stuffed animals are full of fiberfill that barely dries after a soak, so it mildews and clumps, and toys with sound or lights can't go in water at all. Kids hug and chew them, layering drool and milk into the fur until they smell sour. This dry foam carries little water: brush it onto stains, let protease break down drool and milk and cyclodextrin trap odor, then blot it up with a damp towel so the toy dries quickly.
- After blotting, cool-air dry with a hair dryer or air-dry somewhere airy until the stuffing is fully dry before giving it back. Avoid battery compartments, switches, and sound boxes, and test dark or long-pile toys in a hidden spot. This is a cleaner with no dust mite or germ-killing claims; machine-washable plush gets a deeper clean following its care label.

Before & after
Before and after (illustration)
Before: a teddy bear a child has slept with for six months, with yellowed drool and milk spots on the face and paws and a sour smell. After: foam brushed on, left 5 minutes, blotted with a damp towel, cool-air dried, and brushed, the spots and sour smell are gone and the fur is fluffy.

- Foam brushed, 5 minutes, blotted, dried
- Clean, fresh, fluffy

How it works
Why dry foam suits plush
Dry foam is a stable foam of air around a little cleaning solution, so it carries far less water than a liquid with the same actives and stays on the fur instead of soaking into the stuffing. Protease cuts the peptide bonds of protein in drool and milk, nonionic surfactants emulsify milk fat and skin oil, cyclodextrin traps sour odor molecules, and blotting pulls soil away with the foam.
- Pump foam onto stains
- Brush gently with the nap
- Wait 3–5 minutes
- Blot with damp towel
- Cool-air dry, brush fur

Where Plush Toy Cleaner stands out
Why plush toys are hard to clean
Stuffed animals are full of fiberfill that barely dries after a soak, so it mildews and clumps, and toys with sound or lights can't go in water at all. Kids hug and chew them, layering drool and milk into the fur until they smell sour. This dry foam carries little water: brush it onto stains, let protease break down drool and milk and cyclodextrin trap odor, then blot it up with a damp towel so the toy dries quickly.
Dry fully before play
After blotting, cool-air dry with a hair dryer or air-dry somewhere airy until the stuffing is fully dry before giving it back. Avoid battery compartments, switches, and sound boxes, and test dark or long-pile toys in a hidden spot. This is a cleaner with no dust mite or germ-killing claims; machine-washable plush gets a deeper clean following its care label.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Find practical answers about Plush Toy Cleaner, private label, samples, MOQ, documents, and delivery.
Product, use, and procurement
Can stuffed animals go in the washing machine?
If there are no electronics and the label allows it, use a mesh bag on a gentle cycle. For sound boxes, lights, or bead filling, spot-clean with foam instead.
How often should I clean a stuffed animal?
Every one to two weeks for a nightly cuddle toy, and right away for drool or milk stains.
How fast can we get samples and a first order?
Free samples ship in 3–5 days. MOQ is 500 bottles, and production is scheduled once packaging and labels are approved.
Product usage questions
How do I use it?
Pump foam onto the stain, brush gently with the nap, wait 3–5 minutes, blot the foam away with a damp towel, dry with a cool hair dryer or air-dry, and fluff the fur.
When shouldn't I use it?
Don't soak the toy; keep foam away from battery compartments and sound boxes; let it dry fully before giving it back.
Can I use it on pet plush toys?
Yes. Brush, blot, and dry before your pet plays with it.
How do I handle long-pile toys?
Brush gently with the nap, blot, then comb through with a wide-tooth comb to prevent matting.
Can I use it on plush pillows?
Wash removable covers per the label; spot-clean non-removable ones with the foam.
How long does it take to dry?
About 30 minutes with a cool dryer, or a few hours air-drying; make sure the stuffing is fully dry.
Can it remove marker on a plush toy?
Washable marker fades with brushing; permanent marker rarely comes out fully.
Can I use it on a fabric sofa?
For small spots, yes; use Fabric Sofa Cleaner for larger areas.
Will it whiten a yellowed plush toy?
It lightens surface soil; yellowing from the stuffing improves only a little.
Can daycares use it?
Yes, for routine plush cleaning; let toys dry fully before kids use them.
How do I clean a plush toy that can't go in the washer?
Spot-clean it with the foam instead of soaking it. Pump foam onto the dirty area, brush gently with the nap, wait 3–5 minutes, and blot the foam away with a damp towel. Dry with a cool hair dryer or let it air-dry for a few hours until the stuffing is dry, then fluff the fur.
