CleenU product solution
Floor Cleaner Concentrate
Dilutes 1:64 · No rinse · Private label
Ready-to-use floor cleaner gone after a few mops? Mix 1:64 (about half an ounce per quart), mop with a wrung-out mop, no rinse needed; one liter makes dozens of mop buckets. Factory-direct private label.
- Ready-to-use floor cleaner is mostly water, so it runs out fast, and most of what you pay for is water, plastic, and shipping. This concentrate removes most of the water; at 1:64 one liter makes dozens of mop buckets, and the neutral, low-residue formula dries without stickiness or streaks and needs no rinse.
- Usually the mix is too strong or the mop too wet, leaving residue and excess water to dry on the floor. Mix 1:64 and wring the mop until just damp. Not for unsealed wood or waxed floors, and vacuum up grit first for better results.

Before & after
Before and after (illustration)
Before: living room tile with footprints, dust, and light grease near the kitchen door. After: mopped once at 1:64 with a wrung-out mop, the floor is clean and air-dries without stickiness or streaks.
- Before: footprints, dust, light grease
- Mopped once at 1:64
- Clean, not sticky, no streaks

How it works
Why it still cleans when diluted
Everyday floor soil is dust, tracked-in grit, and a little grease. At 1:64 the nonionic surfactants stay above the concentration needed to work, wetting the floor, surrounding particles, and emulsifying oil; a chelator binds hard-water minerals so they don't dry into white marks, and the low dose leaves little residue, so no rinse is needed.
- Mix 1:64 with the cup
- Wring mop until damp
- Wets and emulsifies soil
- Chelator prevents marks
- Air-dry

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Find practical answers about Floor Cleaner Concentrate, private label, samples, MOQ, documents, and delivery.
Product, use, and procurement
Why are my floors sticky after mopping?
Usually the mix is too strong or the mop is too wet. Dilute 1:64 and wring the mop until damp, and the stickiness goes away.
Concentrate or ready-to-use: what's the difference?
Same chemistry, minus most of the water, so shipping and packaging cost less and one bottle lasts a long time, which suits homes and cleaning companies.
How fast can we get samples and a first order?
Free samples ship in 3–5 days. MOQ is 500 bottles, and production is scheduled once packaging and labels are approved.
Do I really need floor cleaner, or is water enough?
Water handles dust, but you need a cleaner for the greasy film from kitchens and shoe soles. Plain water just spreads that film around, which is why floors look streaky. Diluted correctly, this concentrate lifts the film without a rinse, and one bottle goes a long way.
Product usage questions
How do I use it?
Mix 1:64 (about half an ounce per quart of water), dampen and wring out the mop, and mop; no rinse needed.
When shouldn't I use it?
Not for unsealed wood or waxed floors; don't overconcentrate or floors turn sticky.
Can I use it in a robot mop?
We don't recommend it. Robot mops need a dedicated low-foam solution like our robot vacuum cleaning solution.
How long does mixed solution keep?
Use it the same day; left sitting, it can grow bacteria and smell.
Will it clean dark grout?
Routine mopping, yes, but darkened grout needs a spot treatment with a grout cleaner.
What should I keep in mind with pets at home?
Dilute as directed, keep pets off the floor while you mop, and let it dry fully before they walk on it. Store the concentrate out of their reach.
Can I use it on wood floors?
On sealed hardwood, yes, at the right dilution with a well-wrung mop; test a hidden spot first.
How much does a bottle make?
At 1:100, a 1 L bottle makes about 25 gallons.
Do I need to rinse after mopping?
Not at the right dilution; stickiness comes from using too much.
Can I use it on marble floors?
Yes, as directed. The near-neutral formula suits marble; wring the mop well and test an inconspicuous spot first.
Is floor cleaner toxic to have around the house?
Treat it like any household cleaner: use it as directed and store the concentrate out of reach of kids and pets. It is meant to be diluted before use, and once the mopped floor is dry, pets can walk on it as usual. Never drink it or mix it with other cleaners.
