CleenU product solution
Waterless Car Wash
No hose needed · Wipes dry with shine · Private label
No hose and no time for the car wash? Work one panel at a time: mist, wipe in one direction with microfiber, and buff with a dry towel for a clean car and light shine in about twenty minutes. Factory-direct private label.
- Most of the time a car just has dust and rain spots. The lubricating polymers surround the dust and keep a slick layer between it and the paint, so a microfiber wiped in one direction lifts it instead of dragging grit across the clear coat. The key is using it on dust and light grime; if the car is caked in mud or sand, there's too much grit, so rinse first.
- Work one panel at a time: mist, wipe in one direction with a microfiber folded in quarters, flip to a clean side after each pass, and buff with a second dry towel. No hard back-and-forth circles. Skip direct sun and hot paint, which dry it too fast and leave spots; shade or morning and evening work best.

Before & after
Before and after (illustration)
Before: a dark sedan's hood after a week outside has dust, a few rain streaks, and fingerprints. After: misted in the shade, wiped in one direction, and buffed, the hood is clean, the streaks are gone, and there's a light gloss with no scratches.
- Before: dust, rain streaks, fingerprints
- After misting, wiping, buffing: clean
- Streaks gone, light gloss, no scratches

How it works
How dust gets lifted safely
Surface dust on paint is fine mineral grit and road film. Lubricating polymers and mild surfactants surround the particles and suspend them in the liquid film, cutting friction against the paint; microfiber's fine fibers hook the encapsulated grit into the towel, and one-direction wiping avoids dragging it back. The carnauba emulsion leaves a thin wax film for gloss and beading.
- One panel at a time
- Mist to encapsulate dust
- Wipe one direction
- Flip to a clean side
- Buff with a dry towel

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Find practical answers about Waterless Car Wash, private label, samples, MOQ, documents, and delivery.
Product, use, and procurement
Will a waterless wash scratch my paint?
Not when you use it on dust and light grime. Lubricating polymers surround the dirt and keep a slick layer between it and the paint while a microfiber towel lifts it off. If the car is caked in mud or sand, rinse it first; there's too much grit.
How is it different from regular car wash soap?
Car wash soap needs buckets, a hose, a rinse, and drying. A waterless wash goes on and wipes off dry with a light gloss, which is perfect for apartment parking and garages with no water.
How many washes per bottle?
A sedan takes about 5–8 oz, so a 500 mL bottle covers two or three washes; SUVs take more.
What should we decide first for a private-label waterless wash?
Format, finish, and kit. Ready-to-use spray or gallon concentrate (mobile detailers want concentrate), clean-only or wash-and-wax (two-in-one sells better), and whether to bundle microfiber towels.
How fast can we get samples and a first order?
Free samples ship in 3–5 days. MOQ is 500 bottles, and production is scheduled once packaging and labels are approved.
Product usage questions
What's the right technique?
Work one panel at a time: mist it, wipe in one direction with a microfiber folded in quarters, flip to a clean side after each pass, then buff with a second dry towel. No hard back-and-forth circles.
Can I use it in direct sun?
We don't recommend it. Hot paint dries the spray too fast and leaves spots; work in shade or in the morning or evening.
Can I use it on glass and wheels?
Glass, yes; buff it dry after. For brake dust and grime on wheels, use a wheel cleaner.
The car got dusty right after a wash. Can this fix it?
Yes, that's exactly what it's for. Mist, wipe, and it's clean in minutes.
Can I use it on matte paint?
Yes, use it as directed and test a hidden spot first. Spray and wipe in one direction without circular rubbing.
Can I use it on a very dirty car?
Rinse off heavy mud first; waterless wash is for light dust.
How many towels do I need?
Three or four microfiber towels; flip or swap as each gets dirty.
Is a waterless wash safe on a ceramic coating?
Yes, for routine dust and light grime, and it leaves a light gloss behind. Try it on one panel first and check for streaking or spotting before doing the whole car. If your installer gave you specific care instructions for the coating, follow those.
Does it remove water spots?
Fresh, light water spots, yes: mist the area, wipe with a clean microfiber, and buff dry. Spots that have dried hard or etched into the clear coat are mineral deposits, and those need a dedicated water spot remover or polishing. Working in the shade keeps new spots from forming in the first place.
Will it strip my wax?
It isn't built to strip wax; it lifts dust with lubricants and leaves a light gloss of its own. Wipe gently in one direction rather than scrubbing, which is what wears a wax layer down. If the beading looks weaker after a few months, that's the time to re-wax.
OEM/ODM customization questions
What can we customize?
Formula direction (clean-only or with gloss), scent, fill size (500 mL spray, 1-gallon concentrate, and more), label design and language, and kits with microfiber towels.
How should we test samples?
Divide the dark paint on a car with a week of dust into panels, and record product used per panel, any scratching or spotting, and gloss. That tells you more than a before-and-after photo.
What paperwork comes with a private-label order?
Documents such as SDS/MSDS, TDS, COA, and label copy for your target market are prepared per project. We confirm which ones your order includes when we quote.
