CleenU product solution
Wheel & Tire Cleaner
Safe on all wheels · Foam clings to spokes · Private label
Wheels black with brake dust that car soap won't touch? Once cool, rinse, foam the wheel and sidewall, wait 2–3 minutes, scrub with a wheel brush, and rinse. Safe on chrome, polished, and matte. Factory-direct private label.
- Every stop grinds hot dust and metal particles off pads and rotors; it sticks to the wheel, mixes with road grime, and bakes on from brake heat, so car soap won't move it. Many heavy-duty wheel cleaners are strong acids or alkalis that risk chrome, polished aluminum, matte finishes, and caliper coatings. This neutral-to-mild foam is safe on common painted, chrome, polished, and matte wheels.
- The wheel cleaner handles brake dust and grime at every wash; an iron remover dissolves embedded iron particles and turns purple, for a deep clean every few months. Together they keep wheels clean long term. Always wait until wheels are cool, since hot wheels dry the cleaner too fast and spot.

Before & after
Before and after (illustration)
Before: silver painted wheels on a European car, with spokes and barrels gray-black from brake dust and yellowed sidewalls. After: foamed once cool, left 3 minutes, brushed, and rinsed, the wheels are bright silver and the sidewalls are clean.
- Before: gray-black spokes, yellowed sidewalls
- After foam, brush, rinse: bright silver
- Clean sidewalls

How it works
How brake dust gets loosened
Brake dust is metal fibers, resin, and filler from the pads plus iron from the rotors, bonded with road grime by heat. Nonionic and amphoteric surfactants wet and emulsify the oily binder, chelators tie up metal ions and free particles, and inhibitors protect metal surfaces. The foam holds on the spokes longer, and brushing and water carry the grime away.
- Cool wheels, rinse
- Foam it on
- Emulsifies grime, frees particles
- Wait 2–3 minutes, brush
- Rinse

Usage guidance

- Foam the wheel and sidewall and wait 2–3 minutes.
- Scrub spokes and barrel with a soft wheel brush and spoke brush, sidewalls with a stiffer brush, and rinse. Don't let it dry on the wheel.

Where Wheel & Tire Cleaner stands out
Why brake dust is so stubborn
Every stop grinds hot dust and metal particles off pads and rotors; it sticks to the wheel, mixes with road grime, and bakes on from brake heat, so car soap won't move it. Many heavy-duty wheel cleaners are strong acids or alkalis that risk chrome, polished aluminum, matte finishes, and caliper coatings. This neutral-to-mild foam is safe on common painted, chrome, polished, and matte wheels.
How it splits the work with an iron remover
The wheel cleaner handles brake dust and grime at every wash; an iron remover dissolves embedded iron particles and turns purple, for a deep clean every few months. Together they keep wheels clean long term. Always wait until wheels are cool, since hot wheels dry the cleaner too fast and spot.

Product, use, and procurement
Why is brake dust so hard to wash off?
Every stop grinds hot dust and metal particles off the pads and rotors. It sticks to the wheel, mixes with road grime, and bakes on from brake heat, so regular car soap won't touch it.
Why a pH-balanced formula?
Many heavy-duty wheel cleaners are strong acids or alkalis that put chrome, polished aluminum, matte finishes, and painted calipers at risk. This one is neutral to mildly alkaline and made for common painted, chrome, polished, and matte wheels when used as directed (test a hidden spot first), and it cleans the tire sidewall at the same time.
How is it different from an iron remover?
A wheel cleaner handles brake dust and grime. An iron remover dissolves embedded iron particles and turns purple as it works. Use the wheel cleaner every wash and an iron remover every few months for a deep clean.
What should we decide first for a private-label wheel cleaner?
Strength, kit, and applicator. A pH-balanced all-wheel formula or a heavy-duty version limited to certain finishes, whether to bundle tire shine and wheel brushes, and foam or standard trigger, since foam clings to spokes longer.
How fast can we get samples and a first order?
Free samples ship in 3–5 days. MOQ is 500 bottles, and production is scheduled once packaging and labels are approved.
Is this wheel cleaner acidic?
No. It's a neutral-to-mildly-alkaline formula, not an acid wheel cleaner. Acids cut heavy buildup fast but put chrome, polished aluminum, matte finishes, and painted calipers at risk. This one makes up the speed with a 2–3 minute dwell and a good brush.
Product usage questions
How do I use it?
Make sure the wheels are cool, rinse off loose dirt, spray the wheel and sidewall, wait 2–3 minutes, scrub the spokes and barrel with a wheel brush, and rinse. Don't let it dry on the wheel.
Can I clean wheels right after driving?
No. Hot wheels and rotors dry the cleaner too fast and can spot, and cold water on hot rotors isn't great either. Give it 20–30 minutes to cool.
What brushes should I use?
A soft wheel brush and a long, skinny spoke brush; never a wire brush. Use a stiffer brush on the sidewalls.
How often should I clean my wheels?
Every wash, about every one to two weeks; more often on cars that throw a lot of brake dust.
Can I use it on chrome and polished wheels?
Yes, as directed. The neutral formula is mild; test a hidden spot, rinse, and dry.
Can I spray brake calipers?
The outside, yes, then rinse; keep it off pads and rotor surfaces.
Can I clean tire sidewalls too?
Yes. Spray, scrub, rinse, and apply tire dressing once dry.
What if it gets on my paint?
Rinse it off before it dries. Overspray onto fenders and rocker panels happens with any wheel cleaner, and the risk is letting it dry and spot. Clean wheels before washing the body so any splash gets washed off with the rest of the car.
Do I need to dilute it?
No, spray it straight onto cool wheels and tires. Let it dwell 2–3 minutes, brush the spokes and barrel, and rinse. For gallon jugs bought to refill sprayers, follow the dilution on the label.
OEM/ODM customization questions
What can we customize?
Formula direction (pH-balanced or heavy-duty), scent, fill size (500 mL spray, 1-gallon jug, and more), trigger type, label design and language, and kits with tire shine and wheel brushes.
How should we test samples?
Test on painted, chrome, polished aluminum, and matte wheels, and record brake dust removal, scrub passes, and any effect on gloss or coatings. That tells you more than a before-and-after photo.
What paperwork comes with a private-label order?
Documents such as SDS/MSDS, TDS, COA, and label copy for your target market are prepared per project. We confirm which ones your order includes when we quote.
