Turn on carpet detection and pad lifting so the robot raises its pads on rugs. If your robot can't lift its pads, set rugs as no-mop zones, or remove the pads and run vacuuming and mopping separately. Don't let a wet pad sit on a rug's edge, and never use robot mop solution on carpet.
