CleenU product solution
Car Floor Mat Cleaner
Foam into every groove · Mud and salt scrub out · Private label
Muddy mats, white road-salt rings, and a coffee spill or two? Pull the mats, knock off dirt, foam them, wait 3–5 minutes, and scrub; rinse rubber mats, blot or extract carpet mats, and the odor goes too. Factory-direct private label.
- Mats catch the mud, rain, road salt, and spilled drinks from every shoe, so carpet fibers fill with grit, rubber grooves pack with mud, and the car starts to smell. The foam works into fibers and grooves, mild alkaline builders and surfactants loosen mud and grease, and protease breaks down drink and food protein, so a stiff brush finishes the job.
- Rinse and dry rubber and TPE mats and leave them natural; tire shine or trim dressing makes them slippery under the pedals. Blot carpet mats or extract them, and let them dry fully before putting them back, or they'll mildew and smell.

Before & after
Before and after (illustration)
Before: winter carpet mats with a white road-salt ring, mud, and a coffee spill on the driver's side. After: dampened with warm water, foamed 4 minutes, brushed, and extracted, the salt ring and mud are gone and the coffee stain is clearly lighter.
- Before: salt ring, mud, coffee
- Dampened, foamed, brushed, extracted
- Salt and mud gone, coffee much lighter

How it works
How mat soil comes out
Mat soil includes grit, road salt crystals (sodium and calcium chloride), shoe grease, and the sugar and protein in drinks. Warm water dissolves salt crystals, mild alkaline builders and nonionic surfactants emulsify grease and suspend grit, protease breaks down milk and coffee protein, the stiff brush works soil out of fibers and grooves, and rinsing or extraction carries it away.
- Pull mats, knock off dirt
- Foam them
- Dissolve salt, emulsify, enzymes work
- Wait, then scrub
- Rinse or extract, dry fully

Where Car Floor Mat Cleaner stands out
Why mats are the dirtiest part of the car
Mats catch the mud, rain, road salt, and spilled drinks from every shoe, so carpet fibers fill with grit, rubber grooves pack with mud, and the car starts to smell. The foam works into fibers and grooves, mild alkaline builders and surfactants loosen mud and grease, and protease breaks down drink and food protein, so a stiff brush finishes the job.
Never dress rubber mats
Rinse and dry rubber and TPE mats and leave them natural; tire shine or trim dressing makes them slippery under the pedals. Blot carpet mats or extract them, and let them dry fully before putting them back, or they'll mildew and smell.

Frequently asked questions (FAQ)
Find practical answers about Car Floor Mat Cleaner, private label, samples, MOQ, documents, and delivery.
Product, use, and procurement
How do I remove white road-salt stains?
The white marks are dried salt crystals. Dampen with warm water, foam, scrub, and rinse or blot, and the surfactants carry the salt off with the dirt.
Should I put tire shine on rubber mats?
No. Dressings make rubber mats slippery under the pedals. Clean them and leave them natural.
How fast can we get samples and a first order?
Free samples ship in 3–5 days. MOQ is 500 bottles, and production is scheduled once packaging and labels are approved.
Product usage questions
How do I use it?
Pull the mats and knock off loose dirt, foam them, wait 3–5 minutes, and scrub with a stiff brush; rinse rubber and TPE mats and air-dry, and blot carpet mats with a damp cloth or extract them.
When shouldn't I use it?
Don't dress rubber mats (it makes them slippery), and let carpet mats dry fully before putting them back.
Can I use it on the car's fixed carpet?
Yes. Spot-test first, then foam, brush, extract or blot with a dry towel, and dry with the windows open.
How often should I clean mats?
About monthly, more often in rain and snow season or after trips with kids and pets.
Can I pressure-wash rubber mats?
Yes. Foam and scrub, then pressure-rinse for speed.
Why do my mats smell musty?
Usually they went back in damp. Deep-clean, dry them fully in the sun, then reinstall.
How soon can mats go back in?
Once fully dry; carpet mats usually take a few hours.
How do I get gum off mats?
Soften it with gum remover, scrape it off, then wash with mat cleaner.
Can I use it on trunk liners?
Yes, the same way as floor mats.
Will it remove coffee stains?
Yes. Spray, scrub, then blot or rinse.
Do rubber mats and carpet mats get cleaned the same way?
Same start, different finish. Knock off loose dirt, foam, wait 3–5 minutes, and scrub with a stiff brush. Rubber and TPE mats don't hold water, so rinse or pressure-rinse and air-dry; carpet mats trap dirty water in the fibers, so extract or blot them and let them dry fully before they go back in.
Can I use it at a self-serve car wash?
Yes, and rubber mats are the easiest to do there. Pull the mats, foam them, give the foam 3–5 minutes, scrub with a stiff brush, then use the pressure rinse. Carpet mats are better finished at home, where you can extract or blot them and let them dry fully.
